Hey there,
I am LLL.maDe, legend player ever since legend came into existence with multiple top 100 finishes (rank 23 of april 2015).
I got inspired after seeing some midrange hunter last from the HWC qualfiers and decided to build my own version. It's been doing very well so far as I climbed from legend 8000 to 200 on the last day and I got to rank 5, 1 day into the new season and legend a few days later
If there is any interest I can write a small guide on how to play the deck, however it's fairly straight forward. It just plays very nice and smooth in my opinion with traps that actually leave board pressence.

EDIT: I've been testrunning gormok the impaler instead of 1 bear trap (I felt like 3 traps was a bit overboard and gormok seemed like a fun and strong addition). So far it's been doing just fine, so I'd say try it out yourself :)
Have fun with it and if you have any questions just leave a message below!

Anyone else think Powershot might be good in this meta? (replacing something like Elekk or a Spinner-- honestly I don't believe these cards belong in the same deck.)
I have replaced one Savannah Highmane for one Gahz'rilla, simply because I like it, but it seems to work out quite well. :D
I especially enjoy that big long pause from your opponent when you play it. What do you think about it, @OP ?
just replace one of traps and take 1 Flare
i replaced snake trap with flare since i don have it and replace 1 creeper with a freezing trap
doing me so far so good with 3-1
Just swapped in a Ram Wrangler for a bear trap, first game, king crush gg lol to funny
i swapped one Kill Command for Ram Wrangler has really helped me out other than that the deck is great
sorry but Skill command is too valuable for a ram-wrangler swap. Try another card like bear trap or Snake trap 5 direct damage for 3 cost is just ridiculous value.
most of the time i get 5 mana or above beasts so for me personaly its better value than skill command
I'm interested in playing your deck except I don't really know how to use a mid-range hunter. What do you want to be in your starting hand? What are the mulligans?
I'm 20 wins - 3 losses with this deck… It's pretty straight forward… I did however add a flare to help against secret pally.
i made this deck, i cant say it's good or bad. i have bad lose or good win with this deck, all situational !
King's Elekk gave me 1 card in 11 chances. Is it even worth it?
Update: 1 in 13 chances.
Update: 1 in 17 chances. Is it really worth?
What do I change them with?
So far I have ratio like 1 card in 35 Elekk draws.
i have 52% draws so far from Elekk.
Wow, dude, you're really unlucky. I'm getting about 1 in 3 draws.
im done to 49% now :<
It should be worth mentioning that even if the King's Elekk fails to draw, it still gives you valuable insight into your opponents deck, allowing you to distinguish on turn 2 between Freeze Mage and Tempo Mage, Handlock and Demonlock, Aggro Druid and Midrange Druid, etc. At the same time, it doesn't lend much insight int your deck unless it shows a Highmane or a Dr Boom (In which case you ought to be pretty pleased with the outcome anyways).
At any rate it's a pretty welcome boost to the draw engine when it works
What do you thinkg about swapping 1 haunted creeper for Ram Wrangler?
Can you write the full guide for this deck, pls?)
Haha I play the exact build since last season and this is definitly a strong deck with the difference of -Bear Trap + Sludge Belcher easy rank to 10 and further. Win early Board and then burst him down.
