LockN' Wrangle - The Combo/Control Hunter Deck

(Because FACE HUNTER is for TURKEYS)

Step 1: I'll tell you a little about myself.

My name is Rob. I play well.

Step 2: Lets talk about the deck.

Here is where it gets fun. Okay? This deck has multiple win conditions, and a correct play style. I think its best if you understand which card means what to the deck (Which I'll explain later). Some may argue there is a lot of RNG involved, but why can't you just believe?!

There is RNG required on so many sources, that you're bound to hit one of them, and when you do you smile, you laugh, you win.

You are TRADING with your opponent, almost always to your benefit (ideally of course). Make the right choices. Remember you can drag the game on, and you're the one with the big creatures. The point is to play it similar to midrange, or a type of hunter that has never been played before, a control hunter.

Step3: The "Why's" Why this card? ONE CARD AT A TIME. No one left behind. (Few cards left behind)

Ram Wrangler : Well obviously this wrangler is going to wrangle your socks off, one beast at a time. Why is this a good card? Ram Wrangler is always going to net you something. At its complete worst, its a 5 Mana 3/3 + 1/1. But you know what, the RNG could just be on your side, you could get a 4/4 or maybe King Krush? Ram Wrangle is your boy . You gotta trust in him, you got to believe in him, and he'll net you cash.

Arcane Shot : Cheap, Lock and Load activator, Gahz'rilla activator, etc, etc.

Stablemaster : She's the bees knees. You're supposed to be trading off and maintaining control. She helps with that. You only need one, though.

Kill Command : You may have noticed, this deck is lacking one of THE BEST Hunter cards out there. The pure damage/removal machine, killer bite, Kill Command. No one is going to listen to a reason to leave that out, so I won't give you one.

Lock and Load : This card is amazing.

King's Elekk : BELIEVE IN HIM! BELIEVE.

Captured Jormungar : Why does this have to be an amazing Arena Card? Why can't it just be awesome? It's strong, it trades, and it goes into turn three on a Call Pet which happens). The card is a beast. Too tough for board wipes, unexpected for pure removal. DAMN, thats big, better use Shadow Word Death on it! But wait, maybe I shouldn't. Should I hex it? I don't know man… The answer is, cool, you killed my Jormungar. Still got Highmanes and A Gahz com in at yah. Which brings us to Ghaz'...

Gahz'rilla : Interestingly enough, this is a win condition. Its huge, and the slow control play of this matchup lets him (or her) come out with a bang. Most of the time your opponent blew his removal on something else.  This card is good!

Armored Warhorse : Now this is going to come as a surprise to a lot of people. There's really only one reason I threw two of these in the deck. I had two golden ones and I thought they looked cool. But isn't that part of playing the game; enjoying that shiny beauty? And you know what, for me, they come out with charge, and they NEIGH NEIGH.

Stablemaster throws a carrot.

 Step 4: Basic Strategies

Let's wrap this up with some talk about the deck. Sometimes, in Hearthstone, you gotta stick with a strategy. If you're playing Murlocs, you're playing Murlocs, etc. You can't play Belchers in … damn I started with that and pretty much every deck plays Belchers. Anyway, most critics will say, this deck can't be Lock and Load and tribal Beast. It has to be one or the other! No in between. They're wrong. Because it can, and it is. There is so much positive RNG possibility, with the addition of great stand-a-lone cards. Most of the cards that bank you positively from RNG, are still average to good, without a good pull.

If you notice there is only "one-ofs" of a few cards. This is all part of the harmony and unexplained beauty of the deck. "He's playing two Freezing Traps better play around it. When is that other one coming out? SNAKES?"

It has a beauty and a synergy, and its going to pull through for you.

I found myself enjoying the games and having a lot of fun from good pulls, and actually working on ladder. I'm Rank 16 right now, but have gotten to rank 2-5 on several occasions, when I put some time into Hearthstone. SO I'M NOT A SCRUB. K?

Call it a joke deck, call it a serious deck, but its going to work, and you're going to enjoy it. I guarantee it.
