Mulligan heavy for Nourish and Aviana. You can keep a turn 3 drop (5 mana card) if you want. 

The goal of the deck is to drop Aviana behind a taunt like Ancient of War, Volcanic Lumberer, or Ironbark Protector and then the following turn drop so many other big minions that they can't possibly clear them all. Ideally you want to save Innervate and The Coin for the turn that you play Aviana because each mana crystal = 1 more minion you can play that turn.
