Gameplan:

Scam the game.

With this deck, you just simply scam games. Most of the wins from this deck will happen in between Turns 3-5, because of the synergies between Sketchy Information and Snowfall Graveyard, which you can play as early as Turn 1/2 with coins, Preparation, and Shadow of Demise.

The BEST SET UP is to play Snowfall Graveyard ASAP when you have Sketchy Information in hand. You'll draw Scourge Illusionist from the sketchy, trigger it's deathrattle twice, and draw copies of Masked Reveler or Burning Blade Acolyte. (Sometimes possible by Turn 2)

If you've had the nuts card draw, you can EASILY summon two 2/2 Colossal minions, like Neptulon the Tidehunter or Crabatoa. But even if you don't hit those minions, having extra copies of Mothership or Burning Blade Acolyte can make a difference against more aggressive decks. Mothership wasn't included in previous lists, but this card seems like a good inclusion just so you are less likely to draw all your minions from deck, making your Masked Revelers always pressure when on the board. 

But in order to get consistent wins with this deck, you NEED to mulligan aggressively for the best cards. 

Mulligan:
ALWAYS KEEP: Sketchy Information, Snowfall Graveyard, Blackwater Cutlass, Preparation (always keep w/ Snowfall/Sketchy, but it's prob safe to keep by itself.)

SOMETIMES KEEP: Serrated Bone Spike (against aggro)
