And yes all quests in deck works.  

Questline tips: 1st step of Defend the Dwarven District complete before Beaststalker Tavish 2nd & 3rd steps of questline  after it.

Boardclear\removal tips: Professor Slate, spells and 1st step hero power (before Beaststalker Tavish) and Defile-like card - Spammy Arcanist

Taunts: yes.

Secrets: yes

Draw: Yes. Multicaster can draw up to 4 (!) cards cuz we have 4 schools (Arcane, Nature, Frost, Fire). And Good ol' Barak Kodobane draw 3. This is not otk or combo deck (but you can finish Elwynn Boar quest) so you dont need too much draw.

Elwynn Boar: works with Devouring Swarm and Revive Pet also with duplicate secrets. also Spammy Arcanist can trigger your boars.

WR: 70%.

WR Distance: 10 Games.

For now i cant see any bad cards in this deck so no changes this time.

Yes. I say this is stable (for me) build of Control Hunter.
