I've changed this deck through the years and played different variants. It all started with Flamewreathed Faceless aggro shaman, but I fell in love with Spirit of the Frog.

Mulligan: Spirit of the Frog

Tips: try not to play coin, it can help with cycling through your spells.

Because of torrent you can have turns where you have an empty board and just 2 cards in hand, and it turns into: Spirit of the Frog ->Lightning Bloom-> Lightning Bolt->Crackle->Lava Burst->Torrent->Lightning Bolt for 14-17 damage.

The maximum burst for this deck is double Crackle, double Lightning Bolt, double Lightning Bloom-> double Lava Burst for a total of 22-28 damage for only 8 mana. It is also realistic to get close to this by starting with a Lightning Bloom or two in hand and having a stealthed frog on board, because of the way Spirit of the Frog works (with notetakers on board you can get back double Lightning Bolt for +6).

Packages:

Spirit of the Frog Spell Package:

Overload + Damage Spells:  These cards are included, because our combo is damage + more damage. The overload also synergies with Tunnel Trogg andLava ShockLighting BoltCrackleLava Shock (technically it unlocks overload), Lava BurstSerpentshrine Portal.

Other Damage: Likkim is one of the most efficient weapons in the game, 2 mana for 9 damage over 3 turns is VERY good. Half of the deck is overload, so it shouldn't be too hard to have cast an overload spell this turn or last (just make sure you swing before you use Lava Shock ). Jade Claws fits a unique spot of both being passable as reach and as early board presence. More Jade heavy variants may be considered (mainly by adding jade lightning), which could make the jade counter more relevant.

Other Spells: Lighting BloomIce FishingTorrent. Each of these has a specific function.

Lighting Bloom enables big turns where we can take advantage of having Spirit of the Frog, on the board, and hopefully we can negate the downside by fetching and playing a lava shock on the same or following turn.

Torrent Allows us to have a card that is drawn as if it costs 4, but is playable at 1 cost, allowing us to chain more spells in a turn. With 2 turns and nothing but coin or lightning bloom + spirit of the frog, you can draw 9 cards,  (lightning bolt, 3 2-cost spells, 3 3-cost spells and both torrents) this doesn't even factor in that you'll topdeck something that will probably let you draw a few more cards.

Ice Fishing fills the role of being another 2 cost spell and allows us to pair an underbelly angler with another murloc to create a huge board of murlocs. 2 cost spells in shaman outside of lava shock and crackle are more situationally useful, like devolve, crackle, or having other minions on board. We're trying to deal damage to the opponent, not his minions (mostly).

Minions: This deck has very few. It is good to get an early present with some minions so that you can get face damage, which is why there are 4 1-drops and 4 2- drop minions (as well as 4 2-drop weapons). I consider adding  Sir Finley Mrrgglton, as the shaman hero power is not a particularly good one, he can be fetched with ice fishing and has a 1/3 statline. Surging Tempest and Totem Golem are worth considering.

"Most Replaceable cards in Deck":  The murloc package (4 murlocs + ice fishing). It doesn't really fit the them of what you're doing but it is an early powerful combo that exists and this deck allows us to take advantage of it. Jade claws: there are other good weapons for reach or good minions for early game, but few cards fill the niche of both.

Alternate Considerations:

Sir Finley Mrrgglton

Totem Golem

Jade Lightning: You get the extra jade synergy, you get more 4 cost spell to draw, but 4 mana for 4 damage is quite expensive and there aren't really any 5 cost spells I want to draw. It reduces the consistency for drawing Torrent and allowing the frog spells drawn to be cheap again.

Zap: zero cost spells are rare and fetch lightning bolt, recently 2 damage has been an important breakpoint

Squalhunter or Bloodmage Thalnos, your goal is to cast a bunch of spell on a turn, so why not get some spell damage? if you get off 3-4  damage spells in a turn, thalnos can be 2 mana deal 3 or 4 or squalhunter [/card]can be 4 mana deal 6 or  8. It is worth considering. [card]Squalhunter is a huge body and synergizes well with lava shock. Thalnos is nice because it allows you to draw. These cards are segway into including a more spell damage focused version, as Primordial Studies seems like it could fit in this deck or cards like Ras Frostwhisper or Arcane Watcher could work with more of a spell damage flair.

Haunting Visions. The double spell cast means that when the deck is working it works even better, but there are so many shaman spells that aren't really going to help that when you don't pair it with frog it is pretty bad.

Voracious Reader With the introduction of this card, this deck could be revolutionized. It is another powerful draw engine that can help you hit your spirit of the frog, because this deck can fall flat if it doesn't hit ice fishing or spirit of the frog.

ThunderheadVessinaVoltaic BurstStorm's Wrath Bloodlust : These are some of the strongest cards in shaman, and fit with the overload and spellcasting theme. They have a bit more of a board focus, than we intend. We mostly hope to hold the board for about 2 turns before it keeps getting removed

Rune Dagger, Hammer of Twilight, Bogspine Knuckles ,DoomhammerRockbiter Weapon

Totem package: Thing from BelowTotem GolemEVIL Totem, You can look at an even shaman list if you want inspiration for how it might work. The 0 cost spells in particular are a big draw, but obviously you'd have to make running from and some odd cost cards worth it for it to beat out even shaman.
