Control-ish deck theorycraft combining dragon synergy with Nether Breath and Crazed Netherwing with self-damage synergy from Diseased Vulture and Zzeraku the Warped. The two cross-pollinate fairly well with Nether Breath healing you to recover from self damage and Crazed Netherwing also being a source of self-damage triggers, while Zzeraku is a dragon.

EDIT: Swapped a copy of Twin Tyrant for a Cobalt Spellkin to give more early game plays.
