100 Votes and I'll write
Update: (May 4, 2019)
Hi All,
Im Su and I watched Apxvoid's stream while he was playing this deck.
I put it on heartpwn so I can copy the deck to clipboard easier. (since game only allow 18 decks saved).
I never thought I would get 100 votes. In fact, I didn't even think I would get more than 5 votes.
This is the first deck on my hearthpwn account ever!
But since there are people who wish to learn this deck, I'll keep my words and write a guide.
I work fulltime, so do give me some time to write this up.
Little about me:
Play for fun, got to legend couple times, current rank is 2 (may 4).
ps: Khadgar isn't needed, but put it in if you want.

Without Adventurer I don't think you can count it as the same deck anymore, as its one of win conditions in this version.
However I love toast and his decks, I am sure this one would work pretty well too, but I wouldn't count it as different version of same deck.
I've found swapping 1 Sandbinder for 1 Vex Crow really ups the power of the deck.
I haven't won a game with this shit, not sure what im doing. a guide would be cool
I made a post with some basic combos and basic mistakes, check higher in this comment section ;)
This. Sure there are some games where you'll never play him, but against say a Control Warrior, Archmage Antonidas + Apprentice can easily gain you 4 extra Fireballs and make the difference between winning and losing.
Isn't Archmage Antonidas just too slow for this deck?
Tony himself can save the game, so I think he's perfect here.
It's a good alternative to play with your low cost spells just in case playing the big elementals doesn't work out.
the spells are there to give you space to play big bois and to combo with antonidis, playing like dragon khadgar mage or something like that would be better if you have him, or maybe another conjuring mage deck that uses mostly minions
Can you play this w/o Antonidas? Kinda don't wanna craft Classic legendaries.
Why? Classic legendaries are forever to remain in standard. Except if they get hall of famed (where you get the dust refund anyways).
You get a lot of free packs from classic set (brawl, quests,...) and Im close to the pity timer. Still plenty of bad leggos in classic so want to maximize my chances of getting a decent one next time. But you make a valid point of course.
Amazing list, trust Apxvoid to come up with a spectacular mage list! Played a few games with the deck, check them out;
(Games start at 2:41)
Any replacement for Archmage Antonidas , 1x Questing Adventurer, 2x Sandbinder ?
I haven't played this deck but I have faced it many times. The cards you mentioned are win conditions for this deck. I've seen people getting 3-4 Fireballs from Archmage Antonidas. You need to draw Mountain Giants as soon as possible.
Also a little tip for Conjurer's Calling; never waste it on a 2-drop for the sake of tempo. Somehow it's kind of consistently summons Doomsayer.
questioning adventurer can be replaced by acidic swamp ooze, you can even put 2 if you want. If u have sea giant, thats a decent card to run. Messanger raven can be good too. Archmage antonidis is kinda a must for this version of the deck but only really pops up late game, something that heals might be nice or giggling inventor has good synergy with conjurers calling and also gives space
Sandbinder replacement?
i went for Khadgarand it works quite well
Hey there, I played through the deck a few times and went 2-1. All and all it's a very solid deck, the only real weakness is if you end up having an opponent who gets a number of minions down quickly. In my 2nd game, we played a mirror match against the same deck but were able to get a full board quickly and take him out. But in Game 3, the hunter was able to get several strong minions down by turn 6, and there isn't much removal if you don't draw a Mana Cyclone or Magic Trick and find some.
The only change I made was as suggested in the comments to go with -1 Acolyte of Pain and +1 Khadgar which I would recommend if you have him.
