Intro
Hello! My name is Ivona; I go by theoddone23. I am a multiple Legend Hearthstone player who recently joined F2K Community. I started playing Hearthstone in September 2015, and I first hit Legend in September 2016. Since then I have been entering Legend rank consistently. I now get Legend on NA and EU every month. My highest reached rank so far is #97, and I did it with Mid-Range Shaman. I am also a full-time Hearthstone streamer. You can find my stream on this link: www.twitch.tv/tvzgames if you want to learn more about me and see what decks I play. Also, I invite you to follow my Twitter: https://twitter.com/TvZ_games and Facebook page: www.facebook.com/TvZgames/ where you can stay in touch!
About the deck
This deck is a variation of an already existing archetype - Rogue with the addition of Spirit of the Shark. However, the version I am playing is lacking some apparently core minions like Edwin VanCleef that would go well in it - the reason is that this is a budget version (that I play on my budget NA account and don't have him there). You are very welcome to tech him in, if you have the card!
I've also been experimenting with some less played cards like Gurubashi Hypemon to see if it's actually playable. For me at least, the card is doing wonderfully - the value it produces even without the Spirit card is really valuable. It allows Valeera some flexibility depending on the matchup and I believe it's a great addition!
General Mulligan
You always want: Argent Squire, Prince Keleseth, Fire Fly, Hench-Clan Thug
Versus aggro, consider: Backstab, SI:7 Agent when on Coin
Versus control & slower decks, consider: Elven Minstrel when on Coin, Fal'dorei Strider
Q&A
Q: When do I keep Shadowstep in Mulligan?
A: When Prince Keleseth is already in your starting hand.
Q: What are some good minions to play after Spirit of the Shark?
A: Everything with a good battlecry. You prefer Gurubashi Hypemon, Fungalmancer, Fal'dorei Strider, Elven Minstrel, Prince Keleseth
Q: Why is there no Edwin VanCleef?
A: I don't own the card on my budget account (this is a cheaper deck version). Feel free to swap something and play him instead!
Some last words
This deck has been working really well for me so far. I climbed to about 1.5k Legend with it and intend to climb some more! Feel free to ask any questions about it in the comments!

Hey there, fun deck! Thank you for sharing, just wondering, If we have Edwin does the mulligan change ? thank you !
Hey! Thanks for commenting, I'm glad you like it (:
If you have Edwin (and I strongly recommend playing it in the deck if you do), you can keep Edwin in mulligan against slower/control classes, especially if you have the Coin! :)
Got to 15!with the deck it’s pretty solid, going against brain dead hunter players are annoying but definitely winnable!
That's awesome! I'm happy to hear the deck is doing so well (: there's a lot of Hunters still, but I feel like it's definitely a winnable matchup with a decent hand (and them not having double max buffed spellstone in a row lol)!
Seems dope I’ll drop a argent squire for Edwin and give the deck a try
Sounds like a good replacement! :) Let me know how it performed, good luck! :)
Piloted your deck to 15 so thanks for that, brain dead players playing hunter is annoying match up but definitely winnable, thanks for fun deck I like using Hypemon because it opens up allot of unpredictable possibilities the enemy doesn’t see coming, and I can forget to mention spirit of shark + elven = draw 4 minions is a big feels good man.
Nice! :D I love the addition of Hypemon, it's such an underrated card and it can be precious for Rogue since it's so flexible. I'm actually surprised I haven't been seeing a lot of it around. People are definitely surprised when I play it though :D
