This is Wild format Odd rogue with some pirate synergies.

That deck went 95% WinRate on stream (You can check comments for mire info).

Replacements: You can replace Argent Horserider with Vicious Fledgling for more aggro if you mostly face with Coltrol decks. 

Also, You can put Shady Dealer instead of Dr. Boom or Argent Commander. Almost all the time it will be 3 mana 5/4.
