Introduction:

Paladin has always been my favorite class, but i never enjoyed the standard meta decks of the class and i try to make my own version of it. So after experimenting with odd paladin i decided to try the even version, and i remember a while ago a deck with corpsetakers that used the windfury elemental and wanted to try something similar. Ended up being very succesful and leading me to legend.

Matchups:

As evident from stats the deck is highly favored vs a lot of decks but loses terribly to warlock. Even the 3 wins i managed to secure were down to luck and warlock's bad draw. The most favored matchups are hunter, druid and rogue, pretty much any archetype of those 3 classes.

Matchup vs odd paladin is mostly favored altough it can be tricky if you don't draw your high impact 4 drop (Concecration, call to arms, corpsetaker). Vs other even paladins it is well... pretty even.

Control priests and mages are tricky, but beatable. I haven't played vs a lot of them yet, so not sure who is the definite favorite there.

Only had a couple of matches vs warrior and shaman so can't say who is the clear favorite as well.

Call to Arms

Corpsetaker on curve is very hard to deal with for most of the classes, and since it often gets all of the buffs (lifesteal, taunt, divine shield and windfury) it can decide the game on turn 4. It also synergises well with dire wolf and blessing of kings.

Call to Arms is the most powerful card paladin has gotten in a while and it insane in deck as it is on others.
