While this deck could easily be confused with Mill Rogue, it's not the focus. It could also be confused with classic Oil Rogue, but it's more of an evolution and combination of both those deck concepts. It's war of attrition and all about getting that Kingsbane to be as big as possible. 

It seems to farm Secret Mage and Big Priests, but usually loses to hyper-aggro decks. It's a maybe slightly unfavored against the Sea Witch decks as well.
