I managed to defeat him with a standard Jade Druid Deck of Kobolods Patch (don't know who created this deck, maybe Firebat or Sjow or someone else, credit to these people..).
I guess it's important to start with Wild Growth, Oaken Summons and Ultimate Infestation in the mulligan to ramp and defend until you successfully stopped the burst from your opponent with the help of UI. Spellbreaker was useful for silencing the Staff.
