Im running a recruit version of this deck and I learned the following:

1. You need to chose your battles: this deck suffers a lot against tempo but is fairly good against both aggro and control; against control, Recruit is bonkers so maybe add it
2. There has to be a win condition aside playing big minions for free: what I do is wait for the upcoming clear to play the Grizzly so I get the free minions.
3. You need to complete the quest before playing a major draw spell (UI, Nourish).
4. You need the second Branching Paths
5. Tortollan Forager is not really dependable
6. You need as much removal as you can get your hands on: I run double Swipe and one Wrath and sometimes I wish I had a Naturalize as well, but then the deck turns in a spell-heavy deck and it misses the point of being a Big deck.
7. Judging by your list, I'd say you need the second UI; I cut off one of my UIs because I get to fatigue a lot faster due to recruit
