With so much DH running around, this could be considered as outcast interference. But... you're still giving them free stuff to delay an outcast.
this is waste blud i'm gonna dust this card straight up
Found 2 slots for this in my wild mill rogue deck. It's like mukla but way better. Bananas were easy to use, and the 5/5 isn't that great. 4/4 TAUNT is the key difference which makes this good, and random 4-drops would almost never be worth wasting mana on against mill rogue, so it would be like giving them a dead card in their hand, making it easier to mill them for the rest of the game.
Might consider it in quest shaman. Good tempo. Quest activator. Fill their hands with trash. They still need to spend mana on that random 4 drop.
So, unlike with other cards in the past that have higher stats in exchange for giving your opponent a minion, this one puts it in their hand, not on the battlefield. Notably this means it’s not an immediate tempo loss, and if you’re going first, they’d have to coin out that four drop to get any value from it. I think we can all agree that the average 4 drop isn’t worth coining out. Also, unlike Dancing Swords, the effect is a Battlecry, not a Deathrattle, so you proc the effect on your terms and not your opponent’s.
Obviously I’m not saying you should put this as a cheap taunt to stop aggro (the stat distribution is not fit for purpose), but I am saying the way it is designed gives it a practical deck application that similar cards before have not had.
If ever mill becomes a thing, this would be considered. Until then, pure trash, right into the garbage
trash
He means mill by making your opponents hand full for his next draw...
They're not mindflayers, they're faceless, we swear4 cost minions are bad probably. Is this pretty good in arena or something
Wait this card can't be right.
3 mana 4/4 add a 4-cost minion to yout OPPONENT'S hand? Why would I do that?
MILL
it's mill nothing dumbass the minion will pop in your opponent's hand out of thin air not of his deck ! No this card is pure garbage imo !
Technically, helping fill their hand may make them destroy a card when they draw (if they're at max, but could be pretty rare), but ya this card seems pretty bad.
The point of a Mill deck is to fill their hand, so you burn their draws... Better if you can fill their hand with random garbage than their own cards...
