Posted Dec 19, 2020 (Darkmoon Aggro Changes)Rarity reflects the uniqueness of the card's effect in Hearthstone, not its power level. If that were the case, a deck of 30 legendaries would be the strongest deck, which of course isn't at all. Instead, cards of all rarities are supposed to have the same 'power' (not taking power creep into consideration).
