I honestly forgot this was a card lol.
And now its rotating...Guess Jaina is losing her target practice in Standard lol
Maybe in 2018 Blizzard will fix the bug where Pit Snake's stats are REVERSED.
It's a complicated bug, let's give them time. Maybe if we're lucky they'll get it fixed in 2017.
Haha!
What's the joke with the girl and the dog? lol I don't get it
It's a dank meme bro, haha, Kendrick has the same facial expression as that dog :P
lol thanks
Clearly, the actual reason for this card's existence is to nerf the extremely overpowered Hungry Dragon.
This card is as strong as one could reasonably expect a one drop to be. Just like Tunnel Trogg or Mana Wyrm, it demands removal. It is more fragile the the other two, but it puts out potentially more value tem too. A 1 drop that can contest a 5 or even bigger drop without a big hand to set it up is no joke.
Tried it out in arena, not bad at all. I used it to activate early combos (like SI:7 Agent) and to mess up tempo plays.
Think about it, what can you opponent do if you play this turn ~4? You'll prevent Sludge Belcher or Loatheb etc. A lot of classes can deal 1 damage, but none do it for free. If you're a mage or a druid, you need to spend 3/5 of your mana that turn, so that turn's gonna suck. Of course some classes can do it almost for free, paladins with a Silver Hand Recruit and rogues with a Wicked Knife equipped. But hey, you can always use a small combo starter that also works as aggro control and a counter to Mirror Entity. I think it's actually a pretty good card. It could even enable more combos to work, like the expensive Kidnapper combo perhaps.
Nice golden animation tho.
This thing popped up yesterday after I played a Hungry Dragon. Waste of 4 mana then.
gg.
Well, it is better than 80% of one drops out there. May not see much play in competitive decks but it could which makes it a well designed card that doesn't have power creep. It fits into the rouge style of being able to swiftly kill things and also being able to combo. Good card design.
Yeah obviously those classes can take it down for free, I know that. It's a one mana card though.
While I agree that its uses are dramatically limited against those classes, its utility as a combo activator should not be overlooked. It helps to smooth things out a bit, especially on the play.
This would have been far better if it was Deathrattle: Destroy a random enemy minion
Yes, that statement is true. In other news, it would be warmer inside if I set my apartment on fire.
