Mistermath's Card Ratings for Voyage to the Sunken City:

While this isn't going to fill your whole board, this is still a ton of tempo and really pushed the Multicaster shaman archetype. Sadly, the deck is mostly outclassed by control warrior, and Bioluminescence is not a sufficient reason to play shaman instead. However, that certainly doesn't detract from the insane power this individual card presents.

Good payoff for Burn Shaman but will it make the cut? I am honestly not sure simply because it may be too slow. E.g. The 3/3s that Warlock can summon with Tamsin or otherwise never make a splash the (late) turns they come down. 

Considering Multicaster is already getting played in Shaman, I have a feeling a Multicaster that summons 3-4 3/3's will be good
