I actually sort of like this approach.
They're gonna have to nerf Shaman again for sure, but I appreciate that they tried to make the meta at least bearable as quickly as possible. This way they can take their time and nerf the right cards when it becomes clear what the biggest problems are.
wow, what a disgusting dissapointment. I have to say, I actually had a lot of faith. Especially since Uldum was my favorite set ever. I was really hoping they were not only going to nerf every single galakrond card and the battlecry, but also what the invoke gets you... Total joke. Literally no one likes playing against that deck and the only people who enjoy playing it are spikes who would play any other top net-deck anyway.... And because these are the nerfs, we're going to have to wait at least another 2 months for the next set of nerfs...
A lot of cool/exciting cards this expac and there were still more extremely interesting deck varieties in the last set. Too bad none of them will be fun to play because you'll be going against galakrond shaman, reno hunter, reno mage, reno warlock, face hunter, and galakrond rogue, and or turn 4 mana 2 77s.... The power creep was so bad this expac that literally, the net-outcome was that LESS cards are now in the game which is the exact opposite of what buying an expansion for a game should do... This is why you shouldn't hire mindless E-sport players who played 1 net-deck for 14 hours a day (chakki) as heads of the balance department.... And I didn't mention the fact that you can still only have 28 cards in a deck because it's mandatory to put in 2 copies of Faceless Corruptor in every deck no matter what because it's the most broken neutral card they've ever printed
friend you should look into a therapist. best wishes.
I just can't really see why the Sludge Slurper was nerfed this way
But I can surely use the dust on the golden one I still have
Yeah... That change was all around fucking stupid.
Pretty nice changes. Definetely won't be enough and shaman will still be tier 1 but they still hit some problematic cards nicely enough as to where they weren't killed but will definetely have some impact.
On a side note, the battlegrounds changes are amazing and will change the meta a lot. I'm diggin' those ones quite a bit.
Its the fact that you can double the battlecry of galakrond with no mana shenanigans that really hurts.
Not really since the quest version is considerably weaker than the non-quest version.
Mogu fleshshaper was actually buffed! Now mutating it will give you a 10 drop. :p
I know you are half joking but seeing as some people are taking your comment seriously I will point out that two extra mana is waaaaaay more significant than the slight buff (if it even is, I haven't done the analysis) in what it mutates into.
if we band together maybe we can get them to revert the sludge slurper nerf and make extra arms cost 2 again
Why would they?
Wow blizzard.. Took you a whole week for this update must be a lot of work
Good job blizzard. Dragon's Pack is so balanced it doesn’t need nerf at all
Guys. I was being sarcastic
The problem was that Galakrond is stupidly overpowered, plus that you can get it again with Shudderwock. Having to pay 1 more mana to invoke two times just doesn't make a difference, and I can still see shamans being on top.
Might be wrong time for this but how do I post picture?

atrocious that's it? clearly devs have no clue
