Well.... Its a win condition so it's worth experimenting with
but 10 mana 9/7 with no immediate effect - Incredibly hard to use
This forces people to actually play, and not look for the win condition. Has the ability to change the game A LOT. I love it.
It seems like the obvious needs to be stated here.
You include this card in a control deck, and you play it only if you're up against a combo deck. That's because combo decks typically don't develop a strong board, and have way more card draw than you.

Ok, so we:
1. Take 3 dmg.
2. Draw a card.
3. Shuffle 2 copies.
what's on the next turn?
1.Take 3 dmg.
2. Draw a card.
3. Take 3 dmg.
4. Draw a card.
5. Shuffle 4 copies?
this just looks awful, you replace fatigue with 3 damage
The correct order when you draw this card is: take 3 damage -> draw a card -> shuffle two copies of this into deck.
there is no draw a card on Corrupted blood like all other cast when drawn cards
they changed the wording
"Casts when Drawn" is a new keyword Blizzard introduced in one of the recent patches. The examples they gave implied that drawing the next card after casting is part of the effect, despite not explicitly stating it on the keyword/card. And HS wiki seems to agree: https://hearthstone.gamepedia.com/Talk:Casts_When_Drawn. Based on that, I assume it will in fact draw the next card.
Everyone is complaining about the Deathrattle, mostly people who don't understand how the Casts When Drawn mechanic works. But people seem to be ignoring the obvious: you're paying 10 mana for a 9/6 that doesn't have Rush, Taunt, or any impact on the game on the turn you play it. Then you have to hope it's Deathrattle triggers before it gets silenced or transformed, and if you're really lucky you get a symmetrical effect which screws you over exactly as much as your opponent.
If the cost was lower (with the stats adjusted accordingly) then this could have been a pretty good card. But in it's current state it's a meme. A pretty good meme, which I will be fitting into my Quest Priest if I unpack it, but not a good card by any stretch. Hakkar, the Soulflayer will not see play.
Should work fine in Druid, all of his other win conditions are 10+ mana as well. Empty your deck, break twig (or use Gloop and trade, or use florist beforehand), play King Togwaggle -> Hakkar, the Soulflayer -> Naturalize.
I think this card is for control decks to have an answer to combo decks. In control vs combo, you can often afford to play a 10-mana card that does nothing immediately, since most combo decks don't develop much on the board. (Not all though: Shudderwock Shaman is scary even if the Wock is burned or never drawn.)
You do not draw a card so this card is not a insta-kill when it is your only card left. compare it to Scroll of Wonder there is a draw a card on that card not like corrupted blood so you can actually use it to reduce fatigue damage if you are above 3 damage. it is not powerful in the you think it is.
