Cool design. If aggro shaman becomes a thing this could maybe go in. With a flametongue this is 6 dmg for 1 (2) mana.
The big issue is it is Rush, not charge, so to get that full damage, you need to 1. Have a Flametongue in hand (as spells always summon minions to the right). and 2. Wait a turn to go face. With that in mind, I am seeing this as kind of "meh" and worse than other aggro options out there, especially in standard where there is no Tunnel Trogg to synergize with it. Might work out alright in wild, but...I mean...eh.
Rush =/= Charge
It's pretty mediocre on its own merits, but there's actually quite a bit you can do with it. This could see play. I wouldn't bet on it though.
Dire wolf and flamer tongue do make it better and more interesting
It is more of a deal 2 damage to minions that gets buffed by Flametongue Totem to deal 6, and not a 1-drop.
Seems like a solid enough card to receive as a random spell from Hagatha the Witch, will not see much play outside of that as the effect is too weak to be worth a card slot in the deck (Comparable to the Microbot hero power of Dr Boom, Mad Genius)
Tunnel Trogg in wild might like it.
Very versatile. This spell can create a splited 1 Mana 2/2, or basically be a 'deal 2 damage' which can be increased with aura effects like Flametongue Totem. For me, it seems to be a decent arena card.
Eh.... It's like a more expensive arcane missles that can't go face... Not really sure what it's good for.
Yeah, it's kind of like arcane missiles, except instead of being for mage, it's for shaman, and instead of dealing 3 damage split among all enemies, it summons two 1/1 elementals with rush. Other than that it's pretty much exactly the same though.
It's like Lost in the Jungle if you like Overload decks and Rush!

Downvoters: explain to me why you would want 2 1/1s late game?
In the cause of playing Shudderwock [/card]shaman and having hagatha up, a huge downside of hagatha being in play is that you can fill your hand too easily, making you not able to play [card]shudderwock. Generating a 1 cost spell with only 1 overload allows you to empty your hand, relieve a little bit of board pressure (not a lot, but something is better than nothing), and still have enough mana next turn to "Let the Jaws Bite"
