Hearthstone Card Balance Changes to Come After the HCT Playoffs
Blizzard has announced that a balance change patch will hit after the HCT Summer Playoffs conclude. The playoffs are finished at the end of May, so we don't have too much longer to go!
No specific changes have been announced, though Iksar has mentioned some problematic cards.

In the weeks after The Witchwood, the Hearthstone team has been avidly reading your feedback and monitoring data at all levels of play. We agree with your concerns, and we’re planning some balance changes after the HCT Playoffs are finished at the end of May. We’re not quite ready to share the details, but we’ll provide an update once the specifics are finalized.

Thank you for your feedback, patience, and your support.
Cheers!
Do some of these people complaining even play this game?
I predict IT DOESNT MATTER. they already set the precedent for changes. will never happen when it should happen, it will happen mid xpac. next xpac will have same problems. just keep playing and shut up. sheeple
Attack would be better. Rin and Cube would still be 6 Health
Just try to avoid all the "sofa professionals" with their "great" balance suggestions and we guchi
I sincerly hope they destroy T5 / T6 Voidlord warlock...I know it doesn't have a winrate like even pally, but God, they just seal the damn game every time they pull the combo, and you get stuck in a game you 100% know you're not winning!
Its ust like playing against a SMork deck except that it wins the game in T15 or plus instead of T4 or 5 which is even more painful!
hopefully they fix the right cards & yes, just because a specific deck doesn't have more than 55% winrate doesn't mean it's complete bullshit and not fun to play against whatsoever. thanks...
Seems like Odd-Pala doesn't need a nerf at the moment:
VS report with their fetish of pushing murloc paladin as tier one.. EVERY.... SINGLE.... MONTH
Change Doomguard to battlecry: charge, C2A 5 mana, Guldan HP 2 damage/2 life, NSW don't play wild so what you said. Quest rogue 6 times due to they could actually pull it off, OR minions in your hand go 5/5. Please for the love of brode make HUNTER great again stop making it for f2p only. that's the reason hunter is shit but still played a lot cuz its super cheap to make a face or mR deck. anyways that's what I'm thinking so far. actually a PS make the game FUN again
I don't even like the fact that the DeathKnight Warlock can target my face with that crap.
Naga Sea Witch is fine. Hunter, odd rogue, mage, priest have easy wins. The deck is at 60%, odd pala and even shaman at almost 70% in eild. Then rebalance the whole game and stop producing cards like baku, genn, reno, DK guldan. These cards will be Stronger as more cards are in the game
It would be nice if the nerfs to KnC that are needed to make WW relevant didn't come 2/3rds of the way through WW's time as the newest expansion.
Very happy they're planning to look at balance, not certain they will do much.
Standard : Odd paladin has a 64.3% win rate, Shudderwock is absolute bunkers, I rarely get to turn 7 if I want to play a deck that isn't considerably heavy on starting cards.
MAJOR changes needed. Most likely won't happen.
Wild : Naga isn't entirely balanced, Big priest is insanely difficult to beat... what am I saying, they won't change a thing there.
Moulin Rouge
The announcement of an upcoming announcement of upcoming changes which, as of yet, are not announced and don't have a specific date for roll-out. For that matter, they haven't decided on changes yet, making this the announcement of a pending decision which will feed a future announcement... hahaha
All joking aside, I'm glad they're looking for community feedback and involvement. It's a chance to look at some of these cards and offer some comments on where we, as the players, believe things could best be improved.
Second order effects are hard to predict: if you nerf one or two pieces of Cubelock, will some other deck that currently struggles suddenly rocket to the 60%+ win rate?
I for one am glad to see some balance changes on the horizon, to keep things fresh and fun. :-)
If they change Call to Arms to 5 mana it completely breaks Even Paladin. It would still be good if it summoned two minions imo. Odd Paladin is the bigger problem anyway and I think it should be solved by changing the upgraded hero power
For Warlock the nerf probably should be in the battlecry. I'd say drop it to 8 or 9 mana and make it summon 2 demons.
Odd paladin is pretty weak in standard right now
It has been a fun run Valeera. And you Boar. Also, you Brewmaster.
RIP beforehand
