Worst brawl ever.

Played my first with a mage, had 2 card synergizing with secrets (Kirin Tor Mage and Medivh's Valet) , didn't draw even one.

Then i got a  Glacial Mysteries. Hell, let's just play it and see what secrets i got in the deck.

NONE. Nope. Nothing.

For real, Blizzard? 4REAL? Full RNG shitdeck? great!

It's one thing to have a functioning game, and another to have a functioning game mode that hardly feels like it's trying at all. Every match with this brawl, the draws were terrible, the gameplay wasn't interesting. It was like we started up a random player's Arena deck. Not fun, not interesting, just tedious, frustrating and hard to care much about. I really wish they'd actually look at their most successful Brawls and use more of those. This Brawl, for the most part, is an absolute chore.

At least we got Challengestone back the other week. That was a good week.

Well, at least it's useful to complete quests in, other than that, it's just the same ol' same ol', precisely what Tavern Brawl doesn't need. 

after i won on my second try chest opened and i got nothing i didn't get any classic pack, what should i do ?

Good for quests at least....  but man are the games a bummer when you just have a whole bunch of un-synergized cards.

They could at least make the decks have some sort of synergy. It's retarded when your Legendary is The Voraxx and you're playing a class with zero buffs or friendly minion targeting spells, like Mage or something. Kazakus is in there with duplicates sometimes... Seriously, can't they just make a restricted list that keeps trash out of your deck? Those two are prime examples, but there are many more. Now I'm not saying keep Pompous Thespian out because it's a bad card, but keep out shit like Blade of C'Thun unless you want to put C'Thun in my deck. If I looked through the card database, I could come up with a good restricted list in less than an hour that would SUPREMELY improve this Brawl. Craptastic. Bravo, Blizzard.

I know this isn't the point of your post, but Blade of C'Thun isn't a terrible card outside of C'Thun decks. It actually won me a game in this brawl. Assassinate + a 4/4 body for 4 extra mana. 

I lost to a mage with ink master, Reno and kazakus with no dupes. The rng was strong in that one

Are you guys actually defending this brawl?

edit: Judging by the number of comments regarding Reno, Kazakus, etc. being included in this Brawl, it's safe to say I'm not the only one who feels this way. Blizzard should recognize this and spice up the brawl a little, instead of having a tired ass repeat of one of the most boring and vanilla brawls ever. Defend it all you want, but most of us think it's bull shit.

I fully agree that this brawl is horrible. I was just saying you could get far worse cards than Blade of C'Thun.

Amazing Brawls like You Must Be This Tall to Brawl have only ever been one offs, but we get this crap how many times? Hell, we had a crossroads variant just a few weeks ago. It's not fun! Give us something new or at least repeat something enjoyable.

Yeah Crossroads in one of the worst.  I want more brals like "Put X number of cards in your deck, the rest will be copies".  The boss fights are fun, but In understands those take a lot of work.  But making some weird rule and letting the plays build a deck to it shouldn't be that hard.  The rule should be very significant though.  

Maybe people can suggest new brawls in this forum.   Start a new thread....
