4Mana 4/7 Can't be targeted by spells or hero powers
Oh my
I hope that the Paladin quest will be hard to complete, because Galvadon is just broken as hell.. it's potentially a 18 damage burst combo that can only be stopped by cards like Twisting Nether before attacking, or taunts and praying..
These elementals also seem to be very powerful, considering how easy it will be to activate and spam broken minions on curve..
As Tirion : Silence, insta detruction (TN, Naturalized...) or orther (Entomb)
You guys do realise that "Stealth" is an option for adapt? Guess it's easier to downvote..
Stealth, +3 attack, +1+1, windfury. With 5 adapts, there is a high chance to get most of these.
How is it burst? Charge is not one of the options. Unless you mean on the next turn? 18 dmg makes sense if you're using (+3 atk)*3, windfury, and stealth. It's pretty unlikely to get that exact combo, though to be fair it is pretty damn likely you'll get Stealth at some point in those 5 lots of 3, so I see where you're coming from with it being nigh-unavoidable.
Obviously I meant the next turn, with the help of Stealth.. I thought the mention of "Twisting Nether" was a clear indication..
I didn't know though that you can get the same stat-buffs multiple times.. in that case, setting up for 28 damage is possible (even if it's unikely).
Do remember that one of the Adaptations in Stealth, and after choosing 5 times there's a pretty high likeliness that one of those possibilities is Stealth. Sure it still loses to things like Devolve and a couple things that remove stealth, but that's still only a few rare answers.
But you can adapt into stealth and windfury to make it a huge burst minion
you can choose that it can't be targeted by a spell with adapt. Add divine shielt and it is incredibly powerful
Blazecaller is insane. It's like aFirelands Portal, but with a guaranteed 6/6 body. (ofc. in Arena this is worse, since your deck is not all about elementals)
Galvadon's quest better be really hard since a windfury with stealth 11/8 is gonna hit HARD. it's a turn set up but exccept something like twisting nether or flare + trade or something this is really easy to win with in the following turn.
still very boring design BTW..
link: reveal three new cards. The legendary of pala is from quest confirmed.
Do we know what the Pally quest will be? Kind of odd that we know the token, but not the quest that leads to it.
Servant of Kalimos will be broken af, you will able to discover kalimos twice when you're playing as shaman.
I love elementals though, can't wait to discover them!
If this elemental mechanic proves fun then the set looks to be pretty great. I just hope it's more to do with forward planning than it is curvestone.
On the contrary, if the elementals would prove to be viable the game will become even more cancerous and unbearable and considering what they have done to the arena, this will be most likely the end of hs for many players.
Ravenous Pterrordax is a 4 mana 7/7
(sometimes)
that destroys one of your minions to sometimes become a 7/7
Divine Shield, Stealth, +3 attack then Dinosize my Galvadon for GG
