I didn't pre-order it myself but I think it's totally worth it. GvG changed the meta only a bit. It mostly created few new mech decks and shaped few existing decks. But I think TGT will turn the meta upside down.
Some cards revealed yesterday will totally change the game. Hunter in example. More card draw and decent early boardwipe will generate new hunter decks while making old ones possible to play. Deathrattle hunter, midrange hunter, beast hunter, control hunter- you couldn't play them before but now you can play all of them. Now suddenly there are Deathrattle, midrange, beast, control, face and hybrid hunters. Now I don't think they will all be OP but I think they will all be playable.
Another good example is Shaman. I think 2 new shaman decks will provably become a thing: Overload shaman and totem shaman. Suddenly you have overload, totem, deathrattle and mech shaman. Shaman has been pretty weak lately but suddenly it's totally playable.
I can go on and on how much TGT will change the meta but I think the best thing about TGT is that it will create a LOT more new decks unlike GvG that just gave us mechmage.. And I am really happy that we are getting closer to the point where there are just so many deck types that you may never know what your opponent is playing.
So TGT is awesome, if you can pre-order! :)

I opened another 15 packs earlier, I think its in the running for worst set of packs ever :(
12 of the 15 packs had 4 non-golden commons and 1 non-golden rare
1 pack had 1 golden common, 3 non-golden commons, and 1 non-golden rare
1 pack had 4 non-golden commons and 1 non-golden epic
and 1 pack had 1 golden common, 2 non-golden commons, 1 rare, 1 epic
grand total:
2 golden commons
14 rares
2 epics
0 legendaries
pretty pitiful. to make things worse, that's about average for me over about 60 packs I've opened now...

edit:
so finally got back in. 18 packs (90 cards) opened, final tally:
0 legendary
3 epic (1 golden)
19 rare
68 common (2 golden)
16 of those 68 commons were the 3rd or 4th copy of the card (and both goldens were of cards I had 4 regular copies of)
that's probably as bad as it can get.

I hate any rush deck, but Zoo and Aggro Pally chief among them. The back and forth of strategic play and counterplay is what's fun about the game, which rush decks mindlessly and joyously eliminate. They're generally not that hard to beat, but its not fun, and I honestly can't imagine anyone actually enjoying playing with them, either.

card art for both is amazing. not voting, as I don't twitter, but I'd lean toward the druid as, after a long time as my least played class, its become one of my top 3, and I also like the art just slightly more than the hunter one.

next expansion spoiled: Pirates vs. Ninjas!

not so sure about that. if you play it when your opponent has nothing it basically prevents them from playing something (especially multiple somethings) unless they can remove it directly.

I wonder if you attack into a taunt with Ogre Warmaul if you could hit a creature behind it or the enemy player himself

so much this. mad bomber is one of my absolute least favorite cards (to play, not play against) for this reason. its entirely possible I will never play this card once, ever.
