Not bad at all... People freaking out because they didn't get every exact nerf they wanted. I saw people asking for that exact Switcheroo change, for example. Kazakusan is an interesting one, more of a side-grade than a downright nerf. Both Quest Warrior and Ramp Druid deserved those nerfs for sure.
I'd say biggest winners of this patch are probably Mech mage, Token DH and Quest hunter. Some other slightly less talked about decks like Control Warrior and Murlock might have a chance too. It's really anyone's game still this early on.
Well, except for Priest.
Also, they really don't want to nerf Mr. Smite, do they?

The Darkmoon Faire trailer doesn't look much like Disney to me.

I guess because internally they are 0 cost "minions"
2
People who mainly play Battlegrounds and want some variaty. They also litterely just released the biggest non-expansion content patch yet.

They did do hotfix balanace change for constructed when they released the DH class, though they made it clear that this is not their prefeared way since they can't change how the cards looks on the client with a simple hotfix. That's why Draconid Enforcer still appears as a 4 Star 3/6 when you hover over it.

Almost as if the nerfs were aimed at standard...

Mini-sets have traditionally be added in .4 patches, so the one after the next one.
3
"the decision to add this refund logic was finalized after this hotfix was put together"
4
Note that non of the skins you named are the base portraits for the class.

It's not a bug, just a bit misleading. The description of the Bundle mentions a random standard legendary, which cookie is. The mini-set on the other hand always gives you the same amount of card, hence the duplicate.

Quillboars are a Battlegrounds only tribe and they only added them to the constructed minions for consistency reasons. They never even had support there to begin with.
