Why don't you uninstall the game instead?

Saber_L posted a message on Power level of DH in wildPosted in: General DiscussionHey, for many of you there's nothing new in this topic but i have to add that little extra bit about my experience against DH in wild.
Yesterday I reached legend yet again in wild format using murloc paladin. Not gonna lie, this season was very intense and exhausting to get there. I bet many of you would like to know how it feels to face all kinds of variations of DH on wild ladder. I tell you this: I don't understand why blizzard is hesitating to put another nerf hammer on DH. I played almost everything meta-based to check how it would go, but unfortunately it went pretty miserable. Tempostorm meta snapshot suggests that DH is tier 2-3, they claim that any dh decks aren't refined. Guess what - bullshit. Usually i don't do this kind of experiments, but ffs i lost almost every game against DH while playing:
1. secret mage - feels very reactive to play against dh, slow in comparison
2. even hunter - too slow and you have to pray for those explosive traps
3. all kinds of warlock (After sac pact nerf, DH prays on warlocks and as an experiened warlock player there are very few situations when warlock decks win against DH, even cubelocks with lots of heal and tech fail)
4. quest mage - too slow, and usually dead by turn 6
5. odd paladin/mech paladin - it's the same as for secret mage, you constantly clear the board instead of going face
6. razakus priest - dead turn 5
7. druid - if you have good draws and gain lots of armor you can barely win, too much randomness
8. and.... DH - if you can't beat the dark side, join them (this is just purely based on "who is first to...." mirror matches are just literally 50-50)
I could go on and on and on, but that's not the point. Every deck that wins against dh is just rng-based, either you draw like a god and win or they draw bad and you also win. BUT drawing bad in the case of DH is almost impossible. Every fking time i faced DH there wasn't a wasted turn, the draw factor is insane, not to mention that hero power for 1 mana. Each game was the same - perfect draws, perfect curve, removal on time, tech cards on time, loatheb on time, and THAT COIN in almost every matchup against me. How come, playing other classes, and decks that are good, the draws are so much inconsistent compared to DH???
As i mentioned i made into legend with murloc paladin, and honestly i think rng did it's job, not me. I was lucky to get needed cards, when i needed them. IMO DH as it is now is just too strong, and if blizzard doesn't do something about it, hearthstone experience is going to be a miserable one for the next couple of years . I'm here since the beginning, and trust me, i've seen and experienced some shit here like naxx hunter or patron warrior, but this just beats everything. EU servers from rank 4-legend are crawling with DHs and it feels like a rollercoaster (of emotions too) so..... be prepared ;)

You didn't even bother to read. Pathetic.

SlydE posted a message on Why more DH nerfs are inevitablePosted in: Demon HunterAnd it is not even really about the current powerlevel of the class, which is high but not opressive imo. It is about design space for the future:
What do these cards have in common:
Novice Engineer, Nat Pagle, Ancient of Lore, Starving Buzzard, Gadgetzan Auctioneer, Azure Drake, Nourish, Wild Growth, Raiding Party, Preparation (indirect), (edit:) Divine Favor, Power Word: Shield, Northshire Cleric, (end edit) Acolyte of Pain, Ancharrr and eventually Skull of Gul'dan? They are all card draw related, and have been nerfed or HoFed. Demon Hunter has Crimson Sigil Runner, Consume Magic, Spectral Sight, Feast of Souls and Skull of Gul'dan (still very strong) with this ultra powerful mechanic.
Why is card draw so strong? Because of power creep. If other cards get better, you will draw better cards. If combos get stronger, you will assemble them more consistantly. Blizzard will have a very hard time releasing new, cool strong cards for DH without breaking the game. The alternative if other cards are nerfed would be to do like zoo has in the past: fill out the deck with neutrals and let the carddraw win the game.
Especially during the early UTH/Buzzard hunter era, it was obvious that a fast deck which can throw away their hand and easily refill it is very problematic. Skillful tempo and aggro play should be making the most out of limited resources imo.
Blizzard has painted itself into a corner with the DH design.
Don't push that "disenchant" button!
Edit: added even more cards to the list.

TMRobinson posted a message on Altruis has too be changed not nerfedPosted in: Card DiscussionAltruis the Outcast needs to be changed as the title suggests. Stat and mana nerfs will not work for it. Any competent player who uses him correctly should win every game. With the amount of card draw and discount abilities DH has. Chaos Nova is one of the best AOE's in the game and it doesn't get played along with Soul Cleave and Blade Dance because Altruis is so good the player knows once it's in their hand they have a chance to comeback against almost any board. It could just be the interaction between Skull of Gul'dan that makes it so powerful but i think it's just Altruis alone.
Anyways now that that semi-salt rant is over I've seen a lot of suggestions over the last couple weeks and it seems like dealing damage to all characters aside from Altruis would be the most fair because if they changed it to only minions then DH arguably loses one of if not their best cards. The change of damage to all other characters would make it much more of a strategy/gamble play because you're asking yourself do i go all in and get my opponent to lethal on the next turn? or do i have to play it to clear the board or does that put me too close to lethal?
I know i'm probably gonna receive some salt thread comments but I'm interested in the constructive comments who knows maybe people are already too tired talking about this card but i've hit my breaking point with it.

Isn't reducing the cost to 1 a buff?

Not sure if Blizzard is still interested in fixing DH or if they're just on vacation after they cashed out from AoO.

Pretty much says it all.

How did you conclude to Highlander here? Dragonqueen can easily be a sick late game option outside of Highlander decks (see Galakrond WL)

Should be renamed to SMOrc

Ah another Demon Hunter deck. Can't wait to not look at it.

Are you playing Battlegrounds?

So many butthurt DH mains in this thread. I love it.

Not that I really do care about the card but must be really frustrating to see for mobile players I guess?

@OP: I agree. I also thought it work the way that you think it would, however I am in lower Legend playing Platinum/Gold/Diamond people like 40-50% of the time.
It is first of all not fair for them to face a "better" player but also, if they play a perfect counter to my deck (and there are match up's that are almost unwinable unless there are perfect mulligans or RNGs) I lose tons of Legend Ranks whereas winning gets me like half of what I would loose vs a "worse" player.
As it stands it doesn't really look to make sense in any direction.
