Something's got to be wrong with Brawl internally right now, either they didn't build it flexible enough to support more ideas, or they simply can't put resources on it.  The recycling is a real disappointment.  How about just starting us at 40 life once?  Fresh ideas that seem simple to do are everywhere, it's almost shocking that we're getting this.

And the reason it's a common is because it's a simple card to understand.

I think you're right, I remember Ben Brode talking about how Epics are epic because they are complicated.  But that might be one of the most broken pieces of logic out of all.  Basing rarity on simplicity is a slap in the face of earning or buying cards to make better decks, not to mention Arena balance.

Have you looked behind the cushions on the sofa? I find all sorts of stuff behind there.

I had an epic game in this brawl, but it was due to a massive brainfart by the opponent:

He had 3 minions on the board, rather large ones too, and I only hadAnomalus. It was looking pretty bleak, as I was down to 17hp and he could do at least 14 damage that turn.

Then he made the MASSIVE mistake of playing Moat Lurker. Result: Anomalus' deathrattle triggered, clearing the board and ended up being resummoned.

Game over.
