yeah i totally forget about Possessed Villager, his a good card too. Mortal Coil is good if there are a lot of aggro decks, like aggro druid and aggro paladin, face hunters. also it's good vs warlocks to take your board out of defile range. but i think Possessed Villager will work better.
that's exactly the difference, it's not a smorc deck. you have to make great trades, predict upcoming turns, keeps some minions alive after aoe's.
zoolock works if you manage the board not if you let the opponent to do the trades. you get the board early, control it and add more threats in next turns.
sometime you have to make great sacrifices to keep the board safe. like using early soulfire, or discarding other good cards with doomguard.
also the control and combo deck you are talking about does not exist anymore. razakus priest just needs to get raza and anduin while they have 4 aoe's in their hand, cubelock just needs to put voidlords on board and keeping the health high enough to be safe from silence. they don't need to think about any trades, all they need to count is theier health and dealing the most damage with aoe's till they draw their win condition.
there is nothing wrong with charge, leeroy? it's 5 mana deal 6 damage, fireball can do that with 4 mana. why charge should be removed? it's not much different from direct damage or weapons.
Doomguard? the problem isn't with that, it has been there since the beginning, the problem is mostly Dark Pact, Bilizard always messes with 1 mana cards, this time we can have 8 health, death-rattle activator for only one mana and we have two in our deck.
also we want more variations and play styles, not less. i don't see anything being wrong with charge outside of cube-lock decks.
that's true, bilizard is so slow at balancing the cards, they just wait for next exp so that another more broken card, replaces previous broken card and then the loop continues for next exps too.
corridor creeper should have been nerfed in the first month.
and after they nerf a card they just add it to trash set, making the card almost unplayable.
your probabilities doesn't mean anything, probabilities for drawing any specific card is so low, but sth needs to be drawn :)
oh wait probabilities for drawing a combination is 0.3%! so what? it's not specific to shadowstep, any comibnation card has low probabilities, also frozen had good hands too. you forgot to count the probabilities for him?
but luck surely matters, i'm not against that. just saying that skill matters alot too, specially when both players has a decent hand.

No, you surely don't want to cut a Kobold Librarian, I'd recommend you'd cut either a Bonemare, Spellbreaker or Saronite Chaingang for it.
Wrong change, Bonaemare can win a lot more than Bloodreaver Gul'dan can in zoolock. there is not much need for Kobold Librarian cuz we can already use tap. also it's so week vs aggros and even make a perfect target for Defile in control warlock. cutting one of those we will still have 12 1-cost cards.
Gotta agree cutting a card that gives you a better chance of seeing prince on curve is not a good suggestion, I'd argue firefly is the weakest slot.

the deck has already two charge with 5 attacks and good body, also soulfire to finish up the games. leeroy is not needed for zoo.
we can use tap or Malchezaar's Imp to fill our hand again.
