I agree with the OP. Battlegrounds suck. Arena is far more entertaining/rewarding if you don't like regular constructed, laddering, memes, etc. but they refuse to dedicate any time to it and every patch is battlegrounds this and that. To each his own, but to me battlegrounds were fun for a few runs and then every run began feeling identically the same.
Patience is a virtue my young grasshopper. I suggest you live life and multitask in between these turns or plan out your next moves based on what may happen next. It bothers me not the slightest when people rope because usually it's completely unintentional. I know if I rope, it's an accident because I'm always doing something in addition to playing Hearthstone.
If you didn't know, then you must not play much. A big deal was made out of it and it occurred because of Snip-Snap/Summoning Portal Wild Warlocks. Announcements everywhere. Your favorite streamers made videos. You live under a Hearthstone rock.
Typically it's better to use Novice Engineer for burn mage over Loot Hoarder. On demand draw rather than waiting for the hoarder to die is very important when trying to finish off your opponent.
Somebody here is biased. Coffee evil? Bad for you? Are you kidding me? Coffee has all sorts of health benefits and by God I might never have a decent poop or be able to get up in the morning without it.
Which deck takes more skill to play? The one where it takes no skill to plop out Voidcaller into Voidlord, or the one that has to make every perfect play and maximize all damage to have a chance at finding lethal vs. a terrible matchup?
Control vs. control = takes skill
Control vs. aggro = no skill, easy win
I have no dog in this fight, but I will admit the reason I don't play *much* control is because I hate long mirror matches. Unless it's the stupid Wild paladins, I find that most aggro decks take plenty of skill to play; however, I play mostly mostly for memes these days (and arena) and have avoided the grind to rank 5 for most of 2019.
The main issue is that it takes ten years to crash the app just to get back in and reconnect. The amount of time to do this is absurd and is what results in either the outright disconnect loss or at the least several missed turns. Goodness knows that it never reconnects on its own and you'll just sit there like a moron if you let it try.

Yes, but because I mostly play for memes or play Arena. Grinding against the ladder is enough to make anyone not have fun.

Buckets were removed completely from what I understood. Back to the old system to help make the picks clearer for baddies.

I think I've found the one below-average legendary meme card that I can afford to craft golden for this set!

I haven't really been enjoying it much either.

If everyone went along with this then Hearthstone would cease to exist.

I never concede. Ever. In fact, here's a great example of why from a game last night:

It's not over 'til it's over baby!

Never give up even when it seems hopeless! Special thanks to Lorewalker Cho.

Hearthstone is evil. So is Harry Potter. Cover your eyes and run back to church! You need to confess your damned sins right meow!
