I was watching this really old movie last night called "Indiana Jones and Last Crusade". About 10 minutes in, the lead character named Indiana Jones (Im not kidding that's his name) says "THAT BELONGS IN A MUSEUM!" to some bad guy. He said that exact line word-for-word. I immediately thought of Harrison Jones, especialpy since later in the movie that same character dresses a kinda similar.
So after the movie I did some googling and found out that the actor that played the character was named Harrison Ford. Harrison Ford + Indiana Jones = Harrison Jones. I also confirmed that the movie came out even before Hearthstone's alpha so it is clear that Blizzard copied this movie/character, either as an homage or ripoff (probably the first).
Anyhow I found it really interesting and wanted to share. It's a real movie you can look it up and even watch it for free if you have Amazon prime right now.
it makes perfect sense to me. the card is considered an enchantment. the enchantment is lost upon taking damage. it's permanent unless a condition is met.
let's use an extremely unlikely example that conveys the point very well.
so you play prelate and put a blessing of kings on it. it is now a 4/5 and doesn't lose enchantments upon death and returns to your deck. now let's say it gets silenced. it goes to being a 1/2 with no abilities. now lets say that blizz adds reverse silence, restoring the minion to its normal state with its deathrattle. when it dies, it wouldn't retain the blessing of kings buff as the buff wouldn't be present on the minion.
it would be worth testing to see if the divine shield is retained if prelate dies from a direct kill like a deadly shot. i would like to see how that works.

I wouldn't mind Guldan being nerfed to 11 mana.

It will see play after Blizzard pushes "no minions in your deck" Rogue for 3 consecutive expansions in 2021.

Not a fan of Nightblade. You'll likely get better results with Chillwind Yeti.
Also, ditch Regenerate and add Boulderfist Ogre for more top end. You dont have enough reliable card draw or spell synergy to justify Regenerate.

I have been playing a long time. I just never knew about the movie until recently.

The biggest counters to spell unter were Odd Paladin and Druid (all types), both of which got nerfs.

I wonder what other Easter Eggs are out there!

Strangest non-trolling nerf request I've ever seen.

Dont bash Shahrazad! I used to play it just to hear the groans from everyone at the shop.

Pyros' text should be changed from "this card" to "pyros" and everything would make sense in the world.

The better your rank, the tougher your opponents. This should not be a mystery to you.

I'd rather discover a broken beast than give one +2/+2.
