Am l the only one who thinks small nerfs like this should happen more often? I think it's healthy for the game that not every nerf has to be as crippling as e.g. Warsong Commander, and the players that want to play it can still do that to some extend, but find it a bit harder than usual. Everyone happy right? At least in my book. I'm not playing any of these myself except for the Warlock cards, and I'm happy that the nerfs weren't 100% brutal. But maybe l just look at the nerfs in a "healthy gameplay" perspective instead of an "l don't play X deck and it's OP, pls nerf it to the ground because l hate it" kind of perspective. I don't know.

So, Team 5 is ok with a bunch of charging Doomguards in your face, oneshotting you. They are also ok with an absurd power level of Gul'dan DK, turning the tides in an absolutely unfair way. They don't mind the continuation of the suffering from the most atrocious mechanic ever in Hearthstone - silence, and Spellbreaker will still be in 95% of the decks. As if we haven't suffered from useless 0/7 Doomsayers enough. The announced nerfes are good but in the case of warlock they are targeted inappropriately. Doomguard should've read "Battlecry: Gain charge", not charge itself. The cancer lives on. As for the Spiteful Summoner, it may be or be not enough to kill the archetype, it totally depends on the whole picture of the shifted meta. As we all remember, the 1 mana Bonemare nerf did kill the card for constructed, but there is a difference between upping the cost from 6 to 7 and from 7 to 8. Also Spiteful creates a much more threatening and game-swinging effect.

Had a quest to win with paladin, so odd paladin ahoy.
Won a few games, but the others played decks as degenerate as mine and one just had the luck of the devil himself.
This 'brawl' is just a reminder to everyone that this game is going down the drain fast. We just had a rotation and a new expansion and nothing changed. This is not good.

I picked up a 4fun deck. Lucky ones who faced me.

I like casual in theory, but in reality it is just as tilting to me as ladder. Unless you lose several in a row you will be seeing tier 1 and tier 2 decks regularly. Not as often as ranked, sure, but still enough for it to feel more like practice mode than anything resembling "casual". Plus on top of that there's just no reward, aside from 10 coins every 3 wins but I don't really care about coins since I mostly get them from arena.
To me arena is much more of a casual mode anyway. The wins still matter, but you will see a variety of decks and cards you never play with in constructed, and if you do well you get rewarded accordingly. It's not perfect because you will face some truly insane decks but when I want to relax, I'm more likely to fire up an arena run than play casual.

I couldn't agree more, casual is where I have the most fun nowadays.

Just a 2 mana 4/2 with Rush? This is a decent card because due to the low mana cost you can fit it in with cards that will damage it same turn. With this and then Ravaging Goul you can remove a 5 mana minion. Not bad.

Rebuke WTF another Infinity Stone in Paladin's gauntlet.
