S-Class: Cariel and Tamsin are stupid powerful. Cariel is a control tool that can buff your Mr. Smite for a kill, while slotting directly into the current Libram shell; Tamsin costs 6 to give you 5 armor, draw 3, and upgrade your hero power to not self-damage, which would be great on its own, even without considering her upside of generating a ton of 3/3 tokens.
Xyrella and Guff are both situationally terrifying based on the meta, and whether there are combo OTKs for Druid or decent deathrattle synergy for Priest. I think that Xyrella will be immediately better of the two, as she can run Shadowed Spirit, Lightshower Elemental, and Korrak, the Bloodrager, along with Amulet of Undying, Rally! and Raise Dead. Every time Korrak dies, he adds a copy to the Xyrella pool, so her ability can actually summon a significant number of them.

Every time i consider buying a bundle i remember that once the expansion hits there will be plenty of people complaining that they only got 3 or 4 legendaries in 120 packs or something like that. The tavern pass has enough value without potentially making me feel like I got robbed

How would that be avoided? Doesn’t the questline reduce the HP cost to zero anyway?

Saidan the Scarlet I understand, but what’s the issue with Brasswing? I don’t know if that card would have been that good two years ago when there actually was dragon paladin support. We don’t even see Sneed’s Masterpiece anywhere in the meta and it’s a more reliable 8-mana board clear than this card ever could be (situational healing effect is mostly irrelevant).

Yes but now they’re drawing 3, dealing 3 damage to the board, upgrading their hero power, and gaining 5 armor for 6. Seems undercosted to me.

I don’t think some of you are reading this card correctly. The +2/+2 effect is given at random, not in addition to the other effects, meaning that you could potentially be playing a 1/1 even if you drop this at turn 4. Otherwise, this would be a guaranteed 5/5 with two keywords on turn 3, or a 7/7 with three keywords on turn 4, which is insane.

Best 3-drop in the game.

Reminds me of Beastmaster Leoroxx, which did not perform very well. They seem to love giving Big Hunter high cost pay-off cards without any support to build around them.

Runed orb is already run in quest mage decks and is very similar to this card in that it deals 2 damage for 2 and covers the arcane school requirement. The question is if this card deserves the slot instead of Runed Orb or if it’s better to reliably discover a card. I’m leaning towards just running both, or maybe 2 orbs and one of these.

Vanndar and Drekthar are neutral minions

They might go for this sometime after next year’s rotation. As of right now the quests are too fresh to counter entirely
