I wouldn't recommend investing in anything until the release of the new adventure. See how the meta shifts, and invest accordingly. If I were you I wouldn't use my dust for control warrior cards considering that it will lose a key component when TGT rotates out.
Renomage is by far the most annoying deck I have played against. The issue with them is that you can't even finish them off because of ice block, which I find to be stupidly powerful.
Thanks for the feedback. Revenge is a fantastic card against aggro, but I find it rather useless when you already have 2 brawls and 2 ravaging ghouls which you can potentially combo with brann for 2 damage across the board. You can always change stuff in the deck if you want to but the survivability you get from brann+shieldbearer/twin emperor is too good to skip on in my opinion.
I personally don't use doomcaller in my deck. It turns into a useless card if your opponent manages to remove your c'thun with some sort of morph. I use elise to have the chance of applying more pressure in the lategame. If you are interested this is the deck I use:
You can access the full guide by clicking on the deck
I don't really know why they would nerf savage roar. The thing that was overpowered was the combo, which is completely gone now. All classes have some burst potential, which is why I don't think savage roar needed a nerf
After taking a look at the revealed warlock cards and what we lose in standart I felt like Handlock/Renolock would become significantly weaker with the new update. This is caused by warlocks losing a lot of important and useful cards such as Darkbomb and the Molten Giant nerf makes it even harder to be competitive with classic handlock. What makes the situation even worse in my opinion is the fact that warlocks don't get any good replacements for heals and sticky minions that allow them to survive longer, which basically means that warlocks become even more vulnerable.
I am aware of the fact that wild will always be viable but the main reason behind me wanting to play standart is the diversity of the new possible decks and playstyles. I understand that if I want to play standart, and be successfulI, I need to adapt to the new standart meta but the fact that warlock doesn't get any good(even okay) cards concerns me. I know that warlock has always been a class where the decks usually consist of neutral cards, but I believe that warlock loses a lot of utility when it comes to survivability. In my opinion shaman will be dominating the standart mode considering the new cards it gets.
I would like to know what you guys think about this topic. Let me know in the comments.
I wanted to ask for some help building a deck that is entertaining to play and has a good win/lose ratio. I have around 4k dust and all of the dlcs. I have most of the important legendaries/cards. Please bear in mind that I don't want to invest in any cards that won't be as good/usable in standart mode, by this I mean cards used in specific builds such as: freeze mage and such, basically bad when your opponent has eater of secrets in the new update etc.

I'm pretty sure that you're commenting on the wrong deck

Things that you should change in my opinion:
You don't need 2 Doomcaller
You don't need Armorsmith
You need Brann Bronzebeard in this deck for some nice combos such as 20 armor in 1 turn and 3 Emperors
Either remove the Battle Rage or an Acolyte of Pain
If you follow these instructions you'll have room to add 3 more C'Thun cards.

Each card you open has a 1% chance of being a legendary, which is why people usually average around 1 legendary in 20 packs(100 cards)
1
It makes literally no sense to craft before opening the packs unless you are swimming in arcane dust.
2
If I were you I'd invest my gold into classic packs since they will never rotate out of standart
1
Even if the meta slows down it is very likely that C'Thun will burst you down

That's the issue. You can't replace it with anything new if you ask me.
