The more you'll play Zephrys the more you'll learn what it can and can't offer you and that's when it starts to get good.
Now you know you can't get Flare against a stealthed frog on turn 4, next time this happens you won't missplay.
I get what you're saying but I imagine it would take huge amount of work from the devs to make Zephrys fully capable of figuring out every board state and do what the player wants to do. Maybe Zephrys could have offered you a flare if there wasn't a spell damage totem, he gave you 2 answers for the spell damage, maybe this was his first priority.
it's a known bug, that zephrys isn't offering Flare. the devs just don't give a damn. i once had lethal on board with a void lord in the way and it offered me black knight but no silence.
some situations just don't work.
but to say, that expecting flare, with a stealthed minion on your opponents side of the board, is a misplay, is stupid.
I started playing HS since beta and I have a lot of fun in wild. Wild is slowly gaining more and more attentions as Blizzard does hold wild tournament. After I got the legend card-back, I tried both wild and standard and only play for fun and i would said wild is simply so much better than standard. I would highly recommend to people who is actually looking for fun.

Not sure why this post is getting down voted. It's a valid point, wild isn't dead or a graveyard for cards. I play wild exclusively since I've been playing since the beginning. Standard is fine for new players but since I have collected almost all the cards over the years I want to play with them all. Wild having more cards means more variety in the type of decks. There will always be try hards playing tier one stuff but for everyone else there are so many options and styles to play.

Poacher just omega punishes your opponent for playing dragons, Apothecary lets you play Mechanical Whelp and Waxadred in tempo rogue and stormhammer is just ridiculous.

The Devolve buff to 0 cost targets would be very useful when Sn1plock was viable. I lost many games with my even shaman when they decided to include Target Dummy in that deck.

evolve is stupid enough. why would they take away the counter play of magnetizing or buffing 0 mana cards? catering to one of the dumbest mechanics in the game just isn't right

yes, it was a spell. and the spell did something completely different than this weapon does. this is just the hearthstone team ignoring class identity after saying they care about class identity. period.

i think Dragonmaw Poacher, Necrium Apothecary and Stormhammer are the strongest cards so far.

look at it as it's a 6 mana 5/5 dragons that summons 2 0/3 taunts with upside to protect it.
remember you are getting 8/8 worth of stats for free the next turn. let's see how the card does.

since they threw the "no new hero cards" out the window after just 2 expansions, i think it would be fair for the LoE classes to get a hero card too.
