bad and won't see play in competitive environments trust me
Trust you ... because you were so right about Jepetto Joybuzz?
"Won't see play" is never a prediction anyone should trust, especially when we haven't seen the whole set yet.
excuse me? which competitive standard deck successfully runs jepetto currently?
also even jepetto is way better than this terrible hero power tied to a quest that don't make sense together.
plus quests always have the downside that you start with one card less. old quests could make up for that because some of them were so powerful that they'd win you the game right away more or less. these new ones aren't anything like that.
we will talk in 1,5 month again. I just remember on TrumpSC's Rating:
I am the only one thinking 10 spells is too much? You already win or lost in that point of the game, the few things don't make me call this card crap tier is the 2/3 draw a card because deny the card disavantage, the lack of a hero card for mage and the twin spells but 6 or maximum 8 spells will be much more reasonable.
Shaman quest have a more powerful effect and is way easier to complete.
You don't play much, do you? CycloneMage is a thing and 10 spells aren't very hard for mage at all.
Even this card will struggle early in #Standard, in Wild it will be bonkers for sure.
Im curious, what is so apealing for developers in this "infinite value" mechanics? Best hearthstone for me is just 30 cards game, you used it all, you lost.
You pretty much answered your question. They don't like the usual "i ran out of resources, time to concede".
You have to think through your deck to have a balance between early, mid and late game.
Ok, Hearthstone is not meant to be a complicated game. It's meant to be a casual game where you win or lose without the need to think too much. This is something the majority of people should really learn to accept.
"Wah wah wah, my opponent played like a complete idiot while I played like a god and I still lost, not fair!", yeah, deal with it, Hearthstone doesn't care about your 140 IQ.
"But why does Hearthstone have tournaments if it's casual?". The answer is simple: because there are people willing to play it competitively, because there are people willing to watch and because Blizzard gets something in return from organising these tournaments. Anything can be competitive nowadays, even flipping a coin.
Those "jade" decks are just imunne to those rules.
There are no rules in Hearthstone. Anything is possible.
Someone explain this to me or im simply done ith it.
Hope everything is clear for you. Feel free to quit if you're not happy with the game. Don't worry, Blizzard will continue to succeed with or without you.
Just came back here to say. Answers like that is what make this game even worse. Lots of losers sucking blizzard's balls about every shit they produce. People like you make me sick, are the classics sheeps that make this world worse to live each day.

Removing mech tag from devastator and dynomatic would be nerf enough. The fact that they gain rush and u can discover them put warr over the top.
All other suggestions are dumb or salty
Listen to the almighty god of HS, all of us who proposed nerfs to Elysianna(which the competitive players are begging for nerf especially in competitive format/tournaments) and other cards, are dumb. I just felt an enlightment from your comment. Just reading your post has raised my IQ to 20 from absolut zero that is right now, thanks
Never... People will always complain about what they dont get. Blizzard has been really good to us lately.
true, but peoples complains has also managed that Blizzard acts kindly as well. Blizzard is an money-oriented company, who is interested that their customer are happy, so they want their complainers be satisfied. :P
I don't think Bomb Warrior is that OP, but it's a very frustrating deck to lose against because it's uninteractive. Sometimes you draw 4 bombs in a row and you can't do anything about it. I think this nerf to Augmented Elekk would de-cancerize BW while not killing it completely, and would also preserve the essence and playability of this otherwise interesting card.
No, just no. Elekk is fine. Just tech Oozes in and get some healz, gg.
1. After 30 minutes of stupid control decks where you pull your hair out waiting for your noob opponent to even think about what they're going to play each turn because they're doing their homework while playing. Roping each turn and trying to play just before the timer runs out.
2. Some people are so greedy, why wait 30 minutes to figure out your opponent just stacked his deck with every huge threat he has, and no aggro defense.
3. What's better? Killing someone on turn 6? or 45 minutes later dying because of RNG?
Is there any difference in the level of intellect it takes to kill someone on turn 6, or wait for RNG and card draw to go in your favor?
Isn't it the same as when one aggro player drews the nuts opener, while the other got a bad hand that he had to play inefficiently and lose the game. I remember the debate about "games are over in the mulligan phase". Isn't it the same RNG bullshit as later in the game. :D But at least you lost/won fast. xD
Watching Kripp or Kibler play on Twitch/Youtube has definately helped me get better at playing Hearthstone.
I'm not OP, but I'm struggling to become a better player, too. Interestingly, when if I watch the streams I can predict the good plays quite well. I think to myself: "Ok, in this situation I would play this and this" and the streamer makes the plays. But when I'm playing myself, I don't find any good play...
It is known as Spectator-Knowledge. While you are watching, you put yourself and your body in stress, because you want to win and try to do your best to achieve a win. It is stressful. - When you are just watchin, you don't act for sth, so you are more relaxed and can come to better analyses of the game, because you aren't handling.
I experienced this in the game of go, when i played in tourneys more years ago.
I personally would stop the hero´s. So send Dr boom, Hagata and Zujin to hall of fame .... currently we have three powerful heros left. I call that class Imbalance ...
If I had to throw my hat anywhere for nerfs, I'd point at Vargoth, Walking Fountain, Myra's and probably Chef Nomi. Vargoth is proven to be stupid powerful and wins the game on his own; Walking Fountain is immediate tempo and power shift, heal for 8 is amazing plus it combo's with Ancestral and Rockbiter. Same goes for Nomi, while he's not seeing a TON of play, he's become a new finisher since there no reliable Mecha'thun finish and him plus Archivist is OP; he puts out 36/36 stats for 7 mana and 9 times out of 10 the deck running him has some way to bounce him back or cheat the deck out super early (hence my nod at Myra's). It seems like one of the go to decks will be thief rogue, Miracle Rogue, and or Espionage rogue, and given the amount of deck play a rogue can do I am betting they get the nerf bat first.
What are you smoking? Jokes aside, i don't think we need a nerf this time at least not yet. The meta is 3 days old, give people and the meta time to settle.
While I think CW is strong, I don't think he is OP. There are great other Control decks, who can outvalue him, eg. Rezpriest, Healdruid and I could imagine Ctrl-lock too. But also you shouldn't understimate Zoolock with Rafaam as last resort, when he switch from Tempo to Valuetown.
It just looks similar, because after the rotation a lot of cards rotated out. I guess with a lot more cards (after expansions) Boom will be a lot weaker than now.

I love that tears of aggro players, who are crying over Control Warrior. :D Gimme more, more!
