This deck is generally a bit too exposed against aggro. You don't need Idol of Y'Shaarj and Blood of G'huun. Hysteria is also much better and consistent than Wave of Apathy. Against combo and control you can do just fine by just having Mindrender Illucia, but of course you need to know exactly when to play her. I use Grave Rune and Psychopomp, which is generally insane and won me tons of matchups. I climbed from 2100 legend to top 500 and have lost 3 games so far.

I disagree with the other people in this thread. If you're getting good at Turtle Mage, the weapon is veeery good. But it's very limited to specific archetypes as it isn't a good card in general as they say

Doomhammer is actually offered more often than not and I can't take credit for the idea. Firebat initially created a similar deck with same potential Combo, so I've just refined his list. But you talk about the Combo like it's an impossible thing to do and I think that you'll realise that it's quite easy with all the cheap draw cards etc. I do however think I need to add Twin Slice so thanks for pointing that out 😁👌

I think the list I made leans more towards being a Highlander Hunter than a Highlander Mage. That being said you could play it in there and maybe cut Sightless Watcher or some 1-drops if you want a control type deck

I actually started out by playing that + Ysiel. But I think Faceless is more consistent because you can discount it's cost with the Satyrs

I'm a bit on your side here, I think the top 3 cards in no particular order is:

1. Maiev Shadowsong

2. Guardian Augmerchant

3. Skull of Gul'dan

I'm thinking that maybe Highlander Paladin or Pure Paladin might be good with the new libram package. I generally think Highlander decks would be strong in a meta with fewer cards.

...Why would you prefer youtube drops?  Twitch is far superior in handling.  You can actually tell that you received it.

While the card itself is considerably strong, I feel like a proper Secret Paladin deck in Standard would still need at least one more reward card to really be able to succeed... who knows though, hopefully the final reveal stream shows that missing piece? And, even without that, I could definitely see that as a package in some paladin decks with Oh My Yogg! and Avenge.

Dude... anything that puts something from your deck indirectly into play is ALWAYS good.. when it’s done for 2 mana and can be activated 3 times, that is by definition insane value. 

This is an instant use phase stalker that doesn’t require additional mana input. Absolute fire 

I made this deck and really enjoying it! Went from gold 1 to diamond 10. Currently I'm 30 wins 14 losses 68% WR. Just wanted to say it's a lot of fun!
Facing a lot of DH but I'm doing well against them

I find it weird that this has no synergy whatsoever with the other Apexis card.
