So this works similar to Enhance-o Mechano. Everytime you cast a spell it randomly picks 1/5 of the listed keywords. So, it has a chance to give the minion a keyword that its already gained from a previous trigger of its effect.
Example 1: I cast the Coin then Unstable Portal. The first spell gives the Spectral Tiger Divine Shield and the second spell gives it Windfury.
Example 2: I cast Arcane Explosion and then Arcane Missiles. The first spell gives the Spectral Tiger Charge and the second spell gives it Charge again.
Battlecry: If your hand contains two copies of any card, add a copy of Reno Jackson to your hand.
Double Reno Jackson Kreygasm.
I wouldn't mind using that card to pull off insane random combos to keep myself alive. [Deathrattle Joust Shaman w/ The Skeleton Knight.] But if that was in constructed, it could make control decks even stronger. I feel like nothing good can come out of a really easy way to add a Reno to your hand.
This was my original thought process. The potential combos could be really fun, but If Reno is too easily added to the hand it strengthens the deck too much with less need for card draw. Having to have 2 card copies in your hand would be a somewhat difficult condition to meet however and could allow for better base stats. Still not sure the best way to balance it
If you have two copies in your hand that means you probably are running a deck with twos for several cards. That makes Reno harder and less consistent to activate though right?

Thoughts? Should it be lowered to a 3/3 or 4/3?

Is this balanced?
Basically its BC triggers first summoning two Ship's Cannons and then its summoning effect resolves which triggers each cannon for 4 random damage.
4/4+2/3+2/3 is a 8/10 but only has synergy on following turns IF you make a pirate deck.
