This wild deckbuilding brawl and there are two different states, and you swap between them at the start of each turn.

You keep your hand, weapon, deck, health, armour and hero power moving between worlds, but minions secrets and mana crystals in other world are treated as though they didn't exist. Their abilites do not trigger and they can't be affected by anything nor they can affect anything. For example Psychic Scream shuffles only minions currently on your and your opponent's "active worlds" to your opponent's deck.

Change happens before start of turn triggers, but after you gain mana crystal. So for example if you play Doomsayer on turn 3, it triggers on turn 5. Without ramp you have min{10,floor((n+1)/2)} mana crystals everry turn, where n is turn number so mana progression is slower.

Minion combat is quite interesting here as player going first can only trade their "odd-turn world" into opponent's "even-turn world" and "even-turn board world" opponent's "odd-turn world", whereas playing going second can only trade their "odd-turn world" into opponent's "odd-turn world" and "even-turn world" into opponent's "even-turn world".

Nah, Maexxna is the only Deathtouch creature with high health. If they print in future sets  strong high health, low attack utility creatures, this might become relevant in Wild. There could also be other cards that make Maexxna relevant.

It is constructed. Combo is pretty easy to obtain in this due to all the free spells.Do you think rogues have chance in this brawl?

You lose only 1 turn, whereas your opponent probably spent more than one to build up that board, but potential of this card is the card advantage it generates. With that kind of card advantage it's really difficult to lose, unless opponent plays Divine Favor, which makes it extremely easy to lose. Of course you could instead go Twisting Nether+Dark Peddler? or Deathwing, but they don't give as great card advantage.

Stupid brawl. If you've got only basics and you play evety legal card in deck, you get 26 cards with druid, paladin and rogue and even less with other cards. If you make Brawl where ppl have to make deck from cards they have, new players are already disadvantaged enough. If you make some of basic cards unavailable for Brawl it's just mean. In Shrinkmeister's Brawl there were only small minions, but big minions were transformed to small instead of banning. Why they couldn't make this brawl same way? If they really just hate new players that much, why not just make brawl "You must be this LEGENDARY to brawl"?

When one card has combined effect of multiple cards, that card is supposed to cost more than those cards combined, because card-advantage is already worth something, not less.

I like this Brawl, but theres other similar cards with no Brawl yet and this is third time with Unstable Portal. Why not 23 Burgle or 23 Raven Idol? Burgle would be fun, because you would essentially pick your opponent's class (expect for hero power and those 7 cards) and Raven Idol let's you choose over what cards you get, although it would probably make Brawl kinda slow with all the choises.
