Flavor Text: "He can wrangle up more than just fish ;)"
*Although it is a fact Nat Pagle thought fishin's fer sissies, he always accompanied Hal McAllister when he went fishing. That's true love people!

This card's biggest weakness is that it costs you a mulligan and forces you to skip a turn. Completing it isn't that hard however:
Turn 2. Mecharoo 2x (4)
Turn 3. Snip Snap (7)
Turn 4. Explodinator (10)
Turn 5. Replicating Menace (14)
Turn 6. Explodinator (17)
Turn 7. Flark (ding ding ding)
Most of these cards go into the current mech Hunter deck, if you tailor your deck to this quest you'll be done even faster. I think you can get this online between turn 6 and 7, which compares well with the other quests. (Rogue is the only one that will come online a lot faster.)

Doing that Trump math:
A vanilla 5/6 is worth about 4.5 mana.
A spell that reads "deal 5 damage" is worth about 3 mana.
Combining effects is worth at least 1 to 2 mana, as you're saving a resource. (Could read that as "draw a card" if you're feeling particularly generous.)
This adds up to about 9 mana in value, so since this costs 8 it feels competitively viable. Reminds me a lot of Sunreaver Warmage, which is better when it works but has a condition.
Eh, good card. Works really well with the Shaman quest or Shark rogue.

1. Untapped Potential
Remains the only quest with real meta potential we've seen thus far. I think.
2. Tortollan Pilgrim
Also puzzle box, I can't wait to try this bigger spell mage deck work.
3. Expired Merchant
I love all of this.

I mean, the difference seems pretty obvious, all of those examples give you and your opponent equally valuable resources (on average), whereas this will give you va morealuable resource than your opponent (unless you're in a mirror.)

The damage definitely stacks, the game just doesn't show it. It shows "-2" on the enemy portrait, but if you count the damage you can tell every cursed card deals 2 damage. Finished my first run in 5 minutes, because I gave every opponent 4 cursed cards.

We already got the best legendary: Archmage Vargoth.
Tak Nozwhisker will never see play.

I will say that, more than usual, I feel like Blizzard is pushing archetypes. There are very few cards that I feel I can freely experiment with and fit into different types of decks. That said, I too am excited about thief rogue.

If this is hand and works like Voone, it's nuts. If this is board, it's practically unplayable? You'd have to play her with another battlecry minion, and the reward is getting another copy? I don't see it.

Since the meta is slowing down a ton post-rotation, this has some potential. On the other hand, recruit warrior losing most of its tools so this feels a little awkward.

The only card of this first batch I have really high expectations for.
