This has to be the most unique card effects Blizzard has ever implemented. Deck thining is a very useful tool and I'm really excited to see what happens with this card.
Aggro Shaman is different to Zoo in that your initial draws decides 90% of your games get a good draw, you dominate, bad draw, you get crushed. Zoo is a way more consistent deck to play, so overall it is better for latter.
No, he is to random, BGH was good because he could target a specific minion and kill it. TMO is completely random and does kill that minion and in some cases it can buff an enemy minion.
Normal Hogger is better than this card, you will probly get 1-2 Taunts from this Hogger when with OG Hogger, you can theoretically get unlimited Taunts.
Its simply the best word for a term, a Cancers deck/card is a one that completely takes over the meta and basically kills all other decks, much like cancer does in real life. (ie. Secret Paladin/Dr. Boom) This term isn't used to degrading the true severity of Cancer, its simply part of the Hearthstone vernacular and used in the context of the game, and should be take in complete dis-junction from actual Cancer.
He's a utility card, which means you play him for a cheap card draw and spell power. You should never play him as a 2 drop, and only play him in combo with a spell, or if you are in need of some draw.
When 90% of a class is playing a very OP deck that is unfair, it will lead to a hate for the class just because most of the time they play against it they think it's to strong. The hate is understandable.

Cheap +1 Spellpower and you get to draw a card. He is more utility than anything.

You got to love that Golden Card Art, it looks amazing. Good to see that Mill will have a strategy specific Legendary to their name.
