I recently crafted Mana Cyclone to play this deck, now I have to hope the next expansion gives me another way to use them. This is the problem "Ben Brode" was alluding to while he worked for Blizzard.
But it's my fault I have to be responsible and a little more wary of crafting and buying.
It happens to everyone, its the game's match making ensuring you stay around 50% winrate and it gets boring fast, because it insults your deck building and meta reading skills. This exemplifies why you don't need to get all the cards each expansion, just 2 decks you enjoy grinding, because at the end of the day its just a grind fest not a skill test.
On a side note you can also tell me if you also noticed this. When its your time to lose because your winrate is going too far over 50%, your opponent will always top deck, conveniently discover or always have the exact card they need in hand to disrupt your hand or board state even if its not a meta card(a card you will attempt to play around).
not to be a debbie downer or anything but we did not get the standard 2 weeks to disenchant nerfed cards they pulled the plug 1 day too early, noticed when i tried to get my dust for some goldens yesterday.
checked again 10 hours later and i am able to dust my goldens :)
Its simple really, make mental notes of the unit/ tribes the opponents are using, if you are planning to use murlocs and realise 3 other heroes in the lobby are using murlocs and don't transition into another unit/tribe, all 4 of you are going to die early. This is why its sad that they removed Mukkla and Mrs. Manastorm, because smarter players in the lobby would sometimes target key unit/tribes for the respected heroes making it harder for them to scale to end game a fate the Jaraxxus now suffers because of his hero power. So as you play the game longer, with the timer allotted, you can use the hero stats at the left to make informed decisions on what you should be buying, keeping or selling. I agree that this would not always work out because of the limited pool of minions but its one of the many strats that will get you to top 4 more often than not.
As you play the mode more you would be able to make your plays in your head 3 turns in advance, and therefore get faster at using the time allotted to you, and as you said the timer alludes part of the entrigue of the game and skill/apm testing. With that said I do agree some of the animations have to be tweaked especially for the tavern section.
IMHO I really think it was an oversight on Blizz part as they might have assumed the new mode would have brought in more players on day 1 and its just my luck to get that quest without having the mode.
A reason could be that, I have recently noticed that some of the pay-walled portraits actually say different stuff when certain cards are played by them and against them, that you never heard when they were squelched, just my tin foiled theory but it can be a marketing device.
Maybe Blizz wants us to hear some iconic lines from the Deathwing portrait. I mean what's the point of buying a new portrait if you can't emote with it, just my 2 cents.
same here if i happen to get some extra gold maybe ill buy the 3-5 wings, other than that it dont seem worth 700 gold for content we already played for free in the past.

Can anyone explain why Galakrond, the Tempest does not trigger the count of Corrupt the Waters when played, even though the cards says " 6 battlecry cards" ?

I wonder if it also means cards potentially in the revive pool, that can be revived by priest spells guess we have to wait and see.
