Getting the golden Transfer Student cards had to do with game modes and some other older secrets were board centric, so might be a combination of the 2. Never was able to solve the Witchwood board secret either.
The only way your opponent would help with this achievement is if blizzard announces, that the both players completing this achievement would get free mega bundles for the rest of 2021. Most humans are inherently selfish and would only assist if they benefit greatly or more than the other person, occasionally you would stumble upon the person who was evolved past that primitive way of thinking ( normally someone who has a happy life and surrounded by people they love) that will gladly help.
I wonder if all these "first try " " so easy " players are so good to beat the Dark Portal challenge 3 times in a row, Im willing to add you and watch said games and marvel in your greatness 😉
Anyone else getting an inclining that blizzard might begin awarding exp for watching Hearthstone streams and Grandmasters Tour?
Also the reason why the progression system seems hard initially is that blizzard pre-planned to loosen it up a bit in a few months to boost community morale and favor for the new system?
You are not a bad player, you just either hate grinding which is fine or a very impatient person which might be the problem.
I actually hit legend in the first years when it was competitive to do so, then lost interest in trying until the rewards was packs instead of dust for hitting legend.
When I came to the conclusion that the system decides if you win or lose(good mu vs bad mu, good draw vs bad draw). I just play a couple decks I enjoy playing(sometimes homebrew non meta decks) with an eye on the meta, and grind out that Legend.
Note the more you lose, the worse the opponents and incomplete decks you begin to face.
Ive been fiddling with it a bit, and it seems either related to game's duration, or amount of cards played in the match or a combination of the two. If you immediately quit a game without playing a card you get 0 exp, if you play 1 card then quit you get like 7 exp, the longer the game goes on the more exp you get. Got 100 plus exp for a 30 cards played game where I'm taking a shot in the dark that you get ike 10 exp for a win and 5 for a loss added the game's length.
Anyone else figured out any unique scenario with the exp distribution?

I just realized the playoffs are in June month, so those last 2 Barrens packs can be acquired then.

Anyone got all 6 of the packs yet? As of today's date I've only gotten 4 of them.
Should expect the other 2 on a later date? Or is pack receiving closed?

"Give the community a win" so to speak

On a scale of 1 to 10
1 being "meh"
5 being " I don't even know what half the cards do"
10 being "omg it should have been released yesterday"
how honestly excited are you for the new expansion?
I'm about 3

My only problem is you don't get a ticket to pick what rewards you want on each part of the track. im lvl 19
