posted a message on Jade has shaped the aggressive, anti-control meta

No. If Jade Idol didnt exist the meta would be exactly the same, minus the 5% of people who play jade druid.

People gravitate towards fast, cheap, easy and strong decks. Pirate decks easily fulfil these requirements, so the majority of people play them. Removing jade idol doesn't stop pirate decks from doing their thing.

posted a message on 2017 Fix For Heathstone, Meta Changing Solution to Your Problems

Given the nonsense with all the names of yourself and your friends I'm fairly certain you're just trolling.

But if you're serious, this is probably the worst idea I've seen involving any game ever. Most of the time when people suggesting some ban functionality in hearthstone it's banning a single class when you queue, which is an infinitely better idea, though still not great.

posted a message on Which class has the best/worst RNG?

It's easily shaman, I mean RNG is built into their bloody hero power. At least they are printing less cards like Crackle now, but as long as they have an RNG hero power, they'll always be the RNG class.

posted a message on A tiny but smart Jade Golem nerf

I don't think jade golems as minions need any nerfs.

But Jade Idol bothers me a lot, I hate the idea of being able to completely negate fatigue while also summoning increasingly powerful minions. I'd rather it change to something like "summon a jade golem or shuffle 3 jade portals into your deck" where a jade portal is 1 mana spell that summons a jade golem.

posted a message on The meta is too fast (dmg in the meta)

I'd love to see stats, like average turns per game and average damage buccaneer does when played on turn 1. I'm sure blizzard have these and will hopefully act, preferably before the next expansion, not sure I can handle 2 more seasons of pirate openers in 60% of games.

posted a message on Anyone else feel like MSoG isn't living up to it's expectations?

I wish I could go back a few weeks and relive all the hype about how aggro is dead and control is back, those were simpler times. When the reality now is that the exact opposite of that is true, control is dead and aggro is stronger than ever. I wonder how long we'll have to wait until the meta isn't dominated by a 1 drop.

That being said, the 1 mana 3/2 isn't the only reason that has made me dislike this expansion, jade druid also polarises the meta.

posted a message on What Blizzard did wrong (from Standard Ranked meta perspective)

Every new set has similar effects, some classes are top tier others aren't. It's not much of an issue, since getting perfect balance among 9 different classes would be next to impossible.

With MSoG the power creep was on a whole new level, so it'll take more time for the meta to settle down and the true top/low tier decks and classes to be seen.

    haven't lost to pirates yet.

You either don't play the game for more then 5 minutes a day, or that's a lie. Even if you play a deck that's sole purpose is to counter pirate decks you'll still lose some games because of draw rng.

Why are people so overreacting about extra Stonetusk Boar? Since when 1/1 charge is a problem? Bigger problem are Jade Golems..

You clearly don't understand the game very well. Patches thins your deck, gives you a completely free 1/1 charge, that can easily do 3-4 damage, again for free.
But patches isn't the most broken thing about pirates, it's the 1 mana 3/2.

posted a message on The true Raza-Beardo OTK priest

There's certainly damage there, but you'll be dead before you can achieve this in almost all games.

You have 0 board presence, against any aggressive/tempo/midrange deck you'll need to waste circles on clearing the board and not using with beardo-combo, chance of you surviving until Dragonfire Potion without using circles to clear is very slim. Then you're using coldlights to refill your opponents hand after you board clear, so they can play more stuff to kill you and if you don't use coldlights against any type of aggressive deck they'll be dead cards in your hand, which you can't afford to have in this deck because the OTK combo requires a lot of cards, I think 6 cards minimum for 30 damage combo.

Every turn you're setting up with Justicar or Raza (provided you've stayed alive long enough to draw your entire deck and get his effect) you're not doing anything else, again letting your opponent kill you. There's just so much that needs to work in your favour to get this to work.

I believe this kind of beardo-combo could potentially work, but it needs to be in a deck where it's A win condition, not the only one. Cut back on the draw, add some proper minions and try to get 15-20 damage combo's off...Of course you should still try an OTK version, but I don't think it'll ever be more than a 10% win rate fun deck.

What? I am saying the guy in this card looks a lot like the Marvel character Dr Doom. Which I though was strange because blizzard already released a card (Dr. Boom) which is a reference to Dr Doom. I never said the guy in the art work was Dr Boom.

Artwork looks like Dr Doom....which seems weird when there's already another reference to him in Dr. Boom.

No it's not. Argent Horserider is similar, but still very different. Horserider is used in aggro decks to hit face for 2 and be a pain to deal with. This is very easy to deal with after it's played.

Definitely wasn't a shaman card on the stream.

This is brutal, I understand removing the face damage, but why up the mana cost as well...One or the other surely would have been fine.
