Has everyone forgotten about Maexxna? This card costs one less mana but has one less attack and the effect is also weaker most of the time. Maexxna never saw play, this probably wouldn't either, at least not in competitive scene.
Nobody comparing this with Explosive Sheep, aside from Power Overwhelming combo, this card doesn't really seem all that useful. Even in a deck with a lot of buffs, if you don't have a way of instantly killing it the turn you play it, your opponent might just trade their minions into yours before killing it, or just silence it, or even put your hero in a lethal range for the next turn and if you don't buff it then it's just worse Explosive Sheep which only saw some marginal play in Freeze Mage and that's about it. Inner Rage combo? Is it really worth playing these 2 bad cards on their own just for the Revenge like effect, I don't think it is. Overall, very cool design that may have some potential but probably won't see play outside of Warlock.
Well, it is a "Transform" mechanic after all, this got me thinking that maybe with the popularity of C'Thun decks, Tinkmaster Overspark is now a viable tech card in some decks that can't easily remove C'Thin. If you are playing a control deck, there's a decent chance you have a board and C'Thin is used as a board-clear instead of a finisher, in which case there will only be a C'Thun on the board and you can afterwards play your Tinkmaster Overspark to greatly reduce its stats and make your opponent unable to return it ti their deck. Just a thought though, it may not happen often enough to make the inclusion worthy.

Here is a slight variation on Spellstone OTK Priest that I had a lot of fun with, gameplan explained in deck description.

Kabal Songstealer you were onto something there... So how would you rate that priest card then?

This changes everything, now even Piloted Sky Golem can drop a 1/1 which was needed to get this card in line with Piloted Shredder
