I think people are underestimating Hagatha.

IambicAvenger posted a message on New Rogue Secret Card Reveal: EvasionPosted in: NewsI really like this card. One of the biggest problems with Ice Block is that you can invest in it early - you just drop it on three if you have nothing better to do, and leverage big board clears in the midgame to stall your enemy out and save your investment for the late game when you need it. The fact that Evasion requires you to play it the turn before you think you're going to take a ton of damage is important because it means you have two less mana to develop a way out of your near death situation.
It's also worth noting that, based on the phrase "after your hero takes damage," you could still die with this secret in play. Your opponent just needs to deal lethal damage in one blow to get around this. If you're playing against a Secret Rogue who's on the ropes, this actually makes for a very interesting decision point - if your opponent played Evasion to save their skin, it's best to deliver a large blow to the face to maximize damage, but if your opponent played Sudden Betrayal to dampen the attack, hitting with a big guy first could cost you a big hit and a minion. (I'm not really sure how Cheat Death fits, but oh well.)

Mesmerizeer posted a message on Feedback on Twitch Account Merge [Issue Fixed, Merges NOT Currently Mandatory]Posted in: Site Feedback & SupportUgh, horrible experience.
So I was browsing hearthpwn with Google Chrome, suddenly it forced me to merge my account with a twitch account. Clicking the "do this later" button didn't work. Refreshing the webpage doesn't work. Clicking literally everything else doesn't work. Al....right, so head on to merging. I had a twitch account but forgot both username and password, struggled with it for a while, give up. Sign up a new account, merge, and voila, merged. And..... it keeps showing the "hey your account is merged sign in with twitch account" page. Reloading does not help. Entering "hearthpwn.com" into the url does not help. I need to clear all the browsing history and try again, and finally get back in.
Is it supposed to do that? Is it intentional to force me to merge and use a twitch account to login? I personally hate websites that shares account information and logins as I view this as very insecure. Everything works fine for now, but by god what an awful experience this is.
Edited: Please have the official response of Fluffflashor , which can be found down the pages, for your reference. Thank you. Also a big thanks to the staves' support.
Quote from Fluffflashor >>I'm back, did you miss me?
We've isolated the issue to one of our site nodes which wasn't behaving. We've taken it offline which prevents anyone from hopping onto it so all logins to HearthPwn accounts should now be successful.
This behaviour explains why a couple of people were able to get around it after previously having it break - they simple got routed to a different node!
How to Unmerge
It's quite simple to unmerge your Twitch account from HearthPwn account. Visit the following URL and click the link that says 'Merge with a different HearthPwn account'. This will ask you to confirm, click yes. After confirmation, you can login to your HearthPwn account as usual.
https://www.hearthpwn.com/account
Just to put it out there again, at some point in the future we will require Twitch logins. It hasn't been determined when that will be but I will make sure we give advance notice of it.
Thanks everyone for your feedback this evening and for staying patient with us while we looked into the issue. Have yourselves a good day, I'm off to get some rest!

Our team considers every feedback, but there are no current plans to invert the pictures until the meta settles. -

This video has nothing to do with the Brawl
but I think it's a nice video from Ben Brode

I think so many people underestimate Face Collector.
Shaku saw some play, it is the same mana and almost like getting one card from your opponent's class.
For Face Collector, you can get the legendary immediately as it is a Battlecry.
Not to mention that you can get Face Collector by playing Face Collector and you have the flexibility to Echo in slow match-ups.
2
It's the "Start of the Game" effect, even if you put the Un'Goro Pack into your deck, you still have your upgraded hero power.
2
I think the main reason is The Darkness and Fal'dorei Strider are too slow.
Yes, sometimes you will face control decks which could end up getting you a 20/20 or several 4/4s,
but bear in mind you are facing control decks which would put decent single target or AOE removals anyways.
If you are facing aggressive decks, a 4-mana do nothing and a 4-mana 4/4 are not going to be valuable enough to compete against them.
The major win condition is almost centred around Kingsbane and Fatigue.

Well-designed card. Hopefully people will start playing secret Rogue and stop the Keleseth train.

It's funny how they reveal Duskbreaker which destroys Level Up.

Now I am guessing the hero power of DK Priest will be...
When you heal your hero, deal that much damage to your opponent's hero instead.
Then Lifesteal in Priest will be super good.
5
Please note that it gains health, rather than attack.

Why the card text is just so inconsistent again....
The word "Minions" with capital letters and "all" are not in all caps just like Whirlwind.

Another main problem of Charge minions are, they have so few health in which almost all the time you would go face.
There are some Charge minions which are playable before, as some of you have mentioned like Argent Commander.
