I wanted to throw this question out for the reason being this.... even after the Nerf of Buzzard. Hunter still seems to be everywhere on ladder. The problem I see being with Hunter; and zoo would be that turn 1 undertaker is almost something that gives them a free win if you dont have a silence or Removal spell for it. If anything should happen to hunter. They should nerf Undertaker to a 1/1. The reason a 1/1 would be good is because of the fact it cant die to any hero power on turn 1 without the coin. Just want to see what you all thing; cause honestly HS is still hunter dominated and thats no fun when you want to play Shaman or Warlock :(
Well claiming what you said is a "Theory" would be incorrect because thoses arent theories. but anyway, its the fact of its just bad luck. Just like when you play Magic the Gathering, you are going to have times where you draw the card you need, same will go for the person youre playing; they will draw the card they need to win the game or make the game go in their favor.
Just wanted to tell you all about an arena run I did. I played a paladin deck with zero Truesilvers/consecrates/Argent protectors and only one peacekeeper. So clearly my deck isnt very good. I went 3-3 over all which is not bad considering the fact that I played against THREE players who all had Ysera..-.- The first time I saw Ysera was understandable. but the two next times were just completely wtf moments lol
No offense, but the fact you have double Archer in a deck that went legend makes me second guess it. Id love to see gameplay for the deck so it can prove that the deck is legit, cause anyone can post a deck going something like..... Aggro Warrior (Legend)
I think if they made deathcharger a real card it would be OP as hell. The turn of turn 1 Undertaker, Coin Deathcharger....... wow that would be annoying.
Ive been playing this control paladin for a few days now, and considering most of the meta is handlock and priest; I think paladin is something that would be a good choice for this new season. suggestions and comments are welcome :)
Well you got a point, lots of people netdecked reynad's hunter when Nax came out, and hunter became the problem it was because of the Web spinner. And if handlock rises back to where it was, I see BGHs coming back into decks.
A thought came to mind when I was looking the upcoming nerfs to Buzzard and Leeroy. Clearly, if you havent been living under a rock we know the changes. Here are my thoughts on the upcoming patch
Buzzard- going from 2 mana to 5 mana and becoming a 3/2 from a 2/1
Wow talk about getting nerfed to the ground. Dont get me wrong, I hate the current meta we are in, where its mostly hunters or Zoo, but im so glad that this happening. The number of times I have rolled my eyes on turn 5 when I get Buzzard+ unleashed is to no end. The body "buff" doesnt really serve anything to be honest. Plus the fact buzzard is now 5 mana, hunters are going have a hard time when they fall behind;because thats ultimately what made Buzzard + unleash so annoying, it would wipe your board and reload the hunters hand. I hope this the end of the massive amount of Hunters in the meta because honestly, that makes it so other decks like handlock, druid and others be unplayable.
Leeroy- going from 4 to 5 mana
So the first thought I had on this change was not so clear. I realized that this is a big change. Changing leeroy to 5 mana makes its so Miracle cant deal the full damage combo, they can only deal 12 with ONE shadowstep. This is big, because ultimately leeroy is Miracle's win con and now that it is that much damage, its much harder now. Not to say MR is dead but, I see it hard to make it the same after this patch.
After the patches- So all this being said, I think we will see the rise of Handlock once again since handlock's matchup against hunter was nightmarish and almost unwinable. But with this rise I see shaman being playable as well since Shaman has the tools to fight handlock. I cant wait to see what happens, because who isnt sick of this hunter filled meta?
I wont say Priest is a good counter to hunters. I think its just the number of Control warrior has gone up so much, Priest is an answer against Warriors.
Mind control and Ysera are seeing more play because the meta has slowed down
I dont know if anyone has noticed, but the number of hunters have gone down ive reached ranked 10 and its more of Zoolock and control warrior/priest is the current decks I see the most.

You have point, but still the point is that considering after the nerf to hunter its still one of the most played classes.

Loatheb is a card that is mostly good for tempo plays and good in aggros if you think your opponent will clean your board with something

I dont think the meta is that control heavy anymore
0
I would say yes because considering almost every midranged/control deck uses cards like sludge bletcher it seems like they are pretty needed
