Apparently there's no issue with Shudderwokk that needs to be (hot)fixed.

This may just be me, but a combo deck where they have to hold and play bad pieces together to make an OTK feels fine (Quest Mage, Leeroy+Faceless, Freeze Mage etc.). You're essentially holding dead cards for most of the game. It's more skill testing, IMO.
The kind of combo decks that just require you to play cards in order feel less fine (Quest Rogue, Shudderwock, Raza+Anduin). They allow you to do whatever you want with all of your cards so long as you don't die. That feels worse.

The hell is wrong with this community? People bring up legit issues with current functionality and they get treated like they're whining about Quest Druid or some shit...smh

Just because your illiterate doesn't mean the card is bad.
The card literally says only your starting hero power costs 1. Not all hero powers.

Nice. I've never used it in standard; I did use it for my Warrior Lich King fight, though, and it was one of the most challenging and rewarding wins I've had in Hearthstone. Probably took me 15 tries, but the deck felt really consistent; like I was losing because of my own mis-plays rather than bad draws. That's a rarity in this game, imo.

I love it too! When OTHERS play it and I beat them 90% of the time they do!

Good afternoon fellow guardians of the wilderness.
I'm very curious as to what your thoughts are on the new Druid skin. If you've downloaded the new patch, you can access the skin in the collection manager for a preview.
I'm reallllly not keen. It IS possible that I'm bitter over having been decimated by Lunara in HoTS too many times but I don't think the skin is as epic as Malfurion. It's not also in the same league as some other alt skins such as Arthas, Khadhar or Medivh. Also not all keen on the art style either. On the positive, it'll be good to have another option for Druid finally
How about you guys?

Dragon priest actually gains a lot of impactful cards in the wild format
The druids are probably there to farm the attrition decks who went wild to escape the Jades.
There is no escape.14
Hunters are struggling because of the oppressive pirates we printed last expansion, you say? Let's print hunters some insane 1 and 2 drops that synergize off each other so they can beat pirates in the early game and there can be even more cancer in the meta

Making decent control warrior cards when Jade Druid ensures the archtype is dead. Good joke

So many missplays, so many matches where the better player didn't win. Analyzing player winrates and decklist/bracket matchups for the packs turned out to be a total waste of time
As for those of you who picked Pavel, he lost because he didn't take the time to prepare a good lineup. He said he wasn't confident with it in the interviews

They gave us a preview of the cards for TGT in a brawl though

Renolock has been unplayable since standard was implemented until MSG. Zoo has been played in almost every meta until recently

Blizzard sure knows how to rub it in after jacking up the prices on EU EleGiggle

Docpwn missed lethal in swiss and made awkward plays overall

Things work differently in tournaments. The HTC format is always conquest, meaning you need to win with each of your decks to win the series. One valid strategy for conquest tournaments is to target a popular deck by bringing a lineup of decks that are all favored against it. Even if you lose many of the games, it doesn't matter as long as your opponent has a single deck that they can't win with.
b787 seems to be countering pirate warrior. Control warrior, reno mage and most shamans are classically very favored against it. His Renolock is an anti-aggro build with voidwalker, corruption and no mountain giant
Basically his warrior is not meant to beat some decks but those losses are acceptable to uphold his lineup's strategy

And that's why I didn't vote for him ... I like packs
