AntonAmby posted a message on New ideas - New decksPosted in: General Deck BuildingQuote from LuckyyJack >>I've been playing this a bunch trying to refine it, it did okay at the start but it struggled in higher legend numbers so it's probably not a good deck. (needs better card draw and sustain tools I think)
AntonAmby's One Turn Kill Combo/Control Hunter (Witchwoods Updated) Unknown Deck by AntonAmby - Apr 14, 2018Minion (23) - 1x Houndmaster Shaw
- 2x Doomsayer
- 2x Tol'vir Warden
- 1x Young Dragonhawk
- 2x Acolyte of Pain
- 2x Hunting Mastiff
- 2x Loot Hoarder
- 2x Necrotic Geist
- 1x Snowflipper Penguin
- 2x Stitched Tracker
- 2x Vicious Scalehide
- 1x Vilebrood Skitterer
- 2x Timber Wolf
- 1x Tundra Rhino
Ability (6) - 2x Tracking
- 2x Unleash the Hounds
- 2x Dire Frenzy
Playable Hero (1) Loading Collection I made something similar but with corridor creeper instead of the penguin for the infinite board clear. It's soooo slow though. I managed to clear a Dragoncaller Alanna but only just. I emoted first and instantly regretted it.When I play against decks where I need to use the boardclear for a large amount of enemy minions (for example Taunt Druid) I try to make sure that I either discover an extra penguin or get something to stick to the board before the 'BIG turn' if possible.
- If you have 2x Ghouls spawning instead of just 1x the animation for some reason speeds up/get canceld by the second Ghouls attack so it goes A LOT faster. :P
Against decks where I've actually needed the clear combo (Control Warlock and Taunt Druid mostly) the most important card is DK Rexaar - The earlier you get that guy out the better the chances of winning are because it actually lets you win the value game in the long run. :D -

Mojomaker posted a message on I feel so relieved!Posted in: General DiscussionI've started playing HS right after Un'Goro launched and been playing ever since. I mainly play ranked (I have about 300-350 arena wins) and the illustrious legend rank has been my goal. 2 seasons ago I managed to get to rank 1 3 stars but I misplayed and dropped back to rank 3 after a tilting loss streak. I was raging to say the least and gave myself a much needed break from HS.
I decided to give it another shot this season. With the new expansion coming out, I thought it would be fun and fresh. I dabbled with Baku paladin on the first day of the expansion and I received quite good results. However, I kept getting my ass handed to me by Genn paladins, even though there weren't a ton of them on the ladder yet. I decided to build my own version of Genn pally and I crushed EVERYONE. Mind you, this was when even paladin wasn't discovered yet and rank 5 - legend was swarming with Cubelocks and Baku paladins. I went 17-4 with my version of the deck and it felt like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I stopped being salty about RNG and getting tilted about the meta or the state of the game. After this season, you can find me playing shitty decks in rank 5 0 stars. I just wanted to share my experience with fellow HS players and if you have similar stories, I would love to read them.
Good luck my dudes and remember to have fun.

If this were to stay true to WoW lore, the Corrupted Blood should persist between games until you lose a game and shuffle into your next opponents deck at the start of each game. Goes for both players.

So we are about to be 3 expansions into the year of the raven and Prince Keleseth is still as frustrating as ever. The main argument for the card remaining unnerfed is the lack of variety in other 2 drops. Hence why aggro was running Amani Berserker early on. Until everyone figured out that the overall increase in winrate for running the prince made running other 2 drop obsolete.
So the question is: If by the mid point of this expansion, the play rate of keleseth hasn't decreased significantly, is it time for a nerf?

Someone at blizzard went through a bad divorce?

It's funny how everyone thought Supercollider was a meme card. Now its a two of in every warrior deck.

Sounds cool to me. I'm usually on Asia server though. Luckyjack#1848

Blizzard suddenly regrets their strict one dinner policy.

This is a must craft for me. It's so good to see how a deck archetype feels to play before deciding to drop dust on it. It always sucked building something then realising you hate it. I think they should have given this to everyone like they did with C'thun.

I think it's time to finally craft the goose. Deck list?

Just some stupid ideas of what should happen when silencing a magnetized minion. So here goes.
The way i see it, there are 3 possibilities to the effect of silencing a mech that has another mech magnetized to it:
The first and most obvious is that the magnetize buff along with the minion that created it just vanish into nothing and only the original mech is left behind. Almost certainty this is what happens. i think it's a bit lame though.
The second is similar to how Build-a-Beast minions work. In that magnetize creates an entirely new minion. Silencing it only removes the card text and not the stats. The player still has to deal with what's likely to be a giant minion left behind.
The third and IMO most thematic is that silence cancels the magnetize effect and both minions split apart into their original forms without their card text. Splitting the health pools cleanly might be tricky though.
Let me know what you think. Cheers.
