There is a multiplier for win streaks so if you manage not to lose you can probably do it in less than 13.

I think where you live is another major factor in "privileges." America is far from a unified country. Each county can have drastically different practices and demographics. If you happen to live your life within a small town, and never leave, a handful of people can convince you that ___ gender and ____ ethnicity/race is lacking in privileges. Because that is your world, that is what America is to you. This doesn't have to be a small town, it's just a simple example.

Just wanted to add that I appreciate you upvoting many of the well constructed opposing viewpoints here, RobertDeMeijer. I've rarely experienced much reasonable discourse on the subject.

Not being able to acknowledge the fact that the subconscious brain takes everything into calculation and not leaves things out just  because they are politically incorrect is what is ignorant in my opinion. Being aware that human beings generalize by nature and then using our conscious mind to not give in to this animal instinct is the way to go. The end goal is the same though ;) I also judge people based on action , but I also am aware that I sometimes have an image of someone even before any actions are made. Just saying that that is not a bad thing, as long as you look passed it.

I understand what you're saying. And I think a lot of people do that. And not all of them are bad people. It's just lazy. It will be right more often than not. (In America anyway.) Partially/largely because of peoples expectations. I'm not lying when I say I don't let gender or color factor into my actions. I try to leave it out of my beliefs, and I think I succeed pretty well. I genuinely don't decide on face value. I don't care what gender you are, You are likely to be weaker, but you can overcome it and that's fine. You can be black and raised south side Chicago, but if you speak with respect then you beat the odds. If you're a badly dressed white kid with a bad attitude, I will not trust you. But none of these reflect equality. They are choices made. If you allow yourself to make a decision BECAUSE someone is black and from a Ghetto, then you are being ignorant. It will work for you, but it costs us all. That's how things stagnate and don't get better.

I would like to state for the record as a White Male that isn't very fond of the modern feminist movement that user brian_barnson in no way represents my opinion and is to the best of my knowledge not part of my extended family. That is all.

I otherwise can't keep up with these posts in time for my responses to be relevant.

If we hear that most woman are weaker or less intelligent we will assume that... We all pretend .. We all generalize people into groups... By nature we all ''discriminate'...'

Well.. It's certainly true for you anyway. I don't actually generalize that way. It's ignorant. It'll work often enough, but there's a better way. I judge people based on actions and how they treat themselves/others. If you dress a certain way, I note it. If you speak lazy, I notice. If you are frail, I will be hesitant to let you carry the other end of a dresser with me. Gender, Birth and Genetics alter likelihoods of aptitude and behavior, but they don't decide it. It takes a real minimal amount of effort to get a decent first impression off of someone. Gender doesn't have to factor in to your decision.

Today I read this about Anita Sarkeesian having to cancel a talk because of threats. I view this as a loss to freedom of speech and equality of the sexes.
    http://www.polygon.com/2014/10/14/6979071/utah-state-university-anita-sarkeesian-threats

What adds to my pain is that the terrorist says that feminism is bad for his identity as a male, which is completely backward. Let me state why I believe in the feminist cause:
I want to be treated as a human, not as a "man" (whatever that term may mean), and I wish to treat others as humans instead of merely "men" and "women" (again, whatever those terms mean).

Feminism has nothing to do with giving privilege to women. That makes no sense whatsoever: it is about equality of gender roles. It's like being against racism: don't treat people differently because of their skin color, and don't treat people differently because of their genitals.  It's really that simple. If anybody feels like they are threatened due to being a certain gender, they should become part of the feminist cause, not attacking it. The theatener in Utah should be aiming his anger towards a society where genders are opposed and their differences highlighted.

I've decided to post this here because it's a computer game forum and Sarkeesian's threats have been linked to video game culture. I'm not trying to point fingers, just trying to let more people that are a part of computer game culture know what feminism is actually about.

    you're confusing feminism and egalitarianism

This is why I hate the term "Feminist." If it's about fairness then why not say egalitarianist or Equalist. It's kinda hard to be offensive when you say I want everyone equal.

It's definitely true that Feminist as a term is exclusionary; however, don't you agree that women have gotten and are still getting the short end of the stick socially.  The term is meant for solidarity purposes less as a "I'm for equality" and more as a "I stand with woman trying to get equality." I agree that egalitarianism or equalist would be less divisive; however, wouldn't it also drive the focus away from woman being in a position of inequality?

That's a valid point. I could see it succeeding in getting women to feel more bonded. But It feels more exclusionary to me for men. I will continue to stand for every persons right to choose what to do within the range of their means and abilities. But I personally can't feel comfortable in a "feminist" environment. In a similar (but less offensive) way I can be pro rights for drug use, but can't stand the culture.

He is the default pronoun when gender is unknown in (I believe) all Latin based languages. It isn't sexism, it's proper grammar. Gender is entirely irrelevant in this game anyway if you never have an actual conversation with your opponent.

It's hard to say if OP was looking for argument, but the word "feminism" usually draws out controversy. So it's possible. I personally cringe when hearing it for its frequent misuse. Equality is great though.

Dancing Swords and the Deathlord are negatively effected by both Deathwing, Baron Rivendale, Duplicate and Unstable Ghoul. So I'd take them out for sure.

Oh this is supposed to mill... This is too weak on milling. This just gives your opponent cards to play. You won't survive until Deathwing. And if you do, he'll have a full hand.
